This allows the mega banks to manipulate the Stock Markets and to squeeze out all the Equity that private and institutional investors rely on to fund their retirement obligations.
You see in the past there were laws to stop insider trading but the game has now changed. With intricate computer modeled programs the huge money investors like investment banks do not now need to collude with other investors but can control the market all by themselves. Of course, Bernanke, Geithner, and Summers who control the regulation for the Obama Administration are Federal Reserve insiders and are beholden to the mega banks, who own the Federal Reserve, and will not allow any regulation of this banking monopoly.
