AFGHANISTAN AND THE FAILURE OF THE POLITICALLY CORRECT WAR FOR EVERGREEN COLORADO REAL ESTATE SOLDIERS
The war in Afghanistan is going poorly. It is following the pattern of Korea, Kuwait, Iraq, and now Afghanistan itself. We have established entire military universities like West Point, Annapolis, The Air Force Academy, and the Coast Guard Academy in New London to study the art and science of war, yet we have completely failed to comprehend the simple basics of war.
We have tried to succeed at something akin to war but less than war. We want to invade countries and change the regime but not conquer the country and subdue the enemies that caused the war originally. We have limited the rules of engagement to protect the civilian population but have placed our troops in an increasingly dangerous predicament. They are not allowed to fire on enemy combatants who use the stringent engagement directives to kill our precious soldiers. If the civilian population allowed their government to conspire to kill innocent civilians in the world trade center twice, innocent sailors on the USS Cole, innocent workers in the US embassies in Africa, and their own innocent citizens by detonating suicide bombs in their own local markets and mosques then they have abdicated the right to safety in their war torn country while their government continues to kill American soldiers.
We have allowed political operatives in Washington, who have never fought in combat and who were never in the armed services, to make politically correct decisions that involve combat situations a half world away.
We no longer value the lives of our soldiers. We have allowed our politically correct politicians and bureaucrats to defeat our military in the field of battle thousands of miles away. Ever since the Korean war our soldiers lives have been sacrificed on the altar of politics. It’s time we resolved to avoid war at all costs, to stop interfering with other country’s governments and let their own citizens deal with tyrannical and despotic rulers. Only then will they appreciate their freedom and respect the rule of law. If foreign nationals refuse to pay the price and put their lives and their livelihood in harms way, then no amount of American intervention will establish freedom for a people and their posterity.
It is not the responsibility of America to free the peoples of the world. The American military is here to protect American citizens. Our own government is persecuting Americans, we are killing our own children, enslaving our children in a web of debt, the Federal Reserve is confiscating the assets and the savings of our own citizens; we are a perverse and deficient country, and lack the moral fortitude to advise or enforce our values on any other nation.
It’s time to close down the American war machine and bring our sons and daughters home. Every war since WWII has been an illegal wars and should not have been supported by the US citizens. We have lost every one of them; not in the field but in the capital. Any politician that goes to war illegally must be impeached and sent off to prison as the Constitution requires. America had become the pariah of the world. The world hates us and rightly so. We have caused havoc throughout the world.
Why not get on Wikipedia and take a look at the History of Korea, Viet Nam, Iraq, Iran, Egypt and you will easily understand why the people of those countries hate America; your government has been melding in their affairs and killing their citizens for the last 100 years.
Washington is an abject failure; it’s time to dismantle Washington, take away their money and send them all home; It’s time to save American from collapsing from within.
