The voters are content to allow our schools to eviscerate our children’s minds and morals. The voting citizenry has abdicated their rights and responsibilities to a federal government which has usurped their constitution; and to a tyranny of the courts who is rewriting the American social contract and piercing the heart of the America spirit.

We have allowed the local, state, and federal governments to tax away our lives. The average man or women in the US is working 55% of the minutes, days, weeks, and years of their lives exclusively to pay taxes. Income taxes are only the tip of the ice berg, the real tax burden are the hidden taxes. The government spawned inflation tax also steals away you life time wealth, and all tax costs are further compounded because all corporate and business taxes are past through to you, the consumer, with a mark up; no business can survive without covering their costs and earning a profit on top of every cost.

STOCK BUBBLE EXPANDS AS SPECULATION GROWS FOR EVERGREEN COLORADO REAL ESTATE INVESTORS

Stocks are often referred to as equities. Equity means the value of the shares issued by a company. This definition is a throw back to an era when stocks were issued by a company who was selling part of its ownership in an effort to acquire capital for expansion or investment. Today a stock is simply a commodity to be bought and sold in the market place. The company who issued the stock gains little or nothing when their stock rises; they do not receive the money for capital expansion or to increase market share.

If the company creates new shares to raise capital it dilutes the stockholders equity and cheapens the value of the stock. The price of any stock today has little to do with the value of the company behind the stock; and only reflects the speculative price that willing buyers and willing sellers place on the stock when offered for sale on the stock exchange. In fact, the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) is called a stock exchange not a corporate or capital investment market.

So in a very real sense you are not investing in a company, like Google who pays no dividends, but you are speculating on the future price of a Google stock. Most companies do not pay dividends and the ones who do pay dividends that are less than 1 or 2 percent of the speculative cost of the stock; that makes them a very poor investment, especially in a 10 to 13 percent inflationary economy.

If you think of inflation as depreciation like a car, where you buy a new car and in five or ten years the car has little on no value; so also as your gas bill, food bill, and clothing cost go up your stock, bond, and cash savings go proportionally down or depreciate. If you park $10,000 is a savings account or stock that pays less than 1 or 2% your buying power will decline, and with inflation at 10% you can only buy $2,000.00 worth of goods with your $10,000 in 10 years. Your money or investment has depreciated.

Therefore, the only way to make money in stocks is to continually buy and sell as prices rise and fall. Unfortunately, after you pay brokerage fees and fund management fees and taxes on your profits you need to earn a hefty return to make the effort profitable. You also can’t afford any losses, otherwise everyone from the broker, to the fund manager, to the taxman is making money-except you.

That’s why most people with stock portfolios or 401(k) investments only make $30k to 40k in their entire working life time. Even if you accumulate $100,000 between a small profit and your original investment, at the same time the car that cost you $3,000.00 in 1965 or 1970 now costs you $40,000. You money has depreciated because your government is destroying the value of your dollar.

This battle to preserve our freedoms is usually not fought with guns and bombs but with activism and votes. The real enemy is not some foreign tyrant or some hateful violent religion but our own government is the enemy. Our Founding Fathers understood this well.

The history of civilization teaches us that the government is the real enemy of any people. In the 20th century, of all the people killed, over 95% were killed by their own governments. Stalin killed 40 million, the Nazis killed 8 million, China under Mao killed his 40 million or more, 5 million killed in Bangladesh by the Pakistan army, the massacre in Rwanda, Cambodia’s Pol Pot killed 1.7 million, Castro killed millions of Cubans and on it goes.

As horrifying as these killings are, government has enslaved millions more than it has killed. The government financially and socially enslaves their own people by confiscating their income, their assets, and their labor. Condemning their citizens to a life of poverty with little hope, and no opportunity for freedom from government oppression.

This is the direction America is moving in. The federal and state governments are enslaving their citizens to economic despotism, confiscating most of their wealth to support a monolith that fails at everything it attempts. Its only purpose is to increase the wealth of the political and bureaucratic class. In order to accomplish this the government ignores the constitution and crushes the rights of the people in its greedy lust for power and wealth.

The American people have allowed run away government to crush our children and grand children with oppressive debt. They are taxing away 55% of the income of every American in hidden taxes on everything from sugar and rubber to energy and telephone usage. State and federal governments are double taxing corporate profits destroying our competitive position in the global markets, they have chased our jobs overseas, devalued our money by printing vast sums of fiat dollars, driven up grocery and fuel cost to new highs, and have established an inflation tax to devalue the buying power of the few dollars we have left.

Every American should possesses the inheritance in freedom and liberty that our parents bequeathed us. However, our children are inheriting a stagnant tyrannical autocratic federal monstrosity that has legislated away their freedom, their constitution, and their wealth. America will become a beautiful supernova as we explode into a beautiful energetic blast of light but then fade into cosmic dust and disappear into a black hole forever.

It is becoming clearer and clearer by the day that both the Federal and State governments are broke. The irresponsible and wanton spending of the American governments has driven the American people into bankruptcy. Corporations, businesses, and American individuals are at the tax saturation point and the revenue well has gone dry.

                          

The senior’s Medicare program and Social Security benefits, which is funded mainly by a payroll tax, is in deep trouble because the number of taxpayers per baby boomer senior will no longer be able to fund the huge number of participating enrollees. The 20, 30, 40, and even 50 something generation has reached the point of critical mass where the salaries are no longer able to support them and the seniors as well. Furthermore, congress has never established a lock-box for the SSI and Medicare funds so the money you paid in will need to be paid twice: once when we tax your income and then again to pay off the IOU’s that congress and the president gave us when they stole the money and spent your retirement and health care on pork barrel projects and big bank bailouts.

 

It’s time that every sane person realizes that if we don’t seriously cut federal and state government bureaucracy by 80% or so and get control of the republican and democratic politicians, then you will need to fund your own retirement. Social Security and Medicare is already bankrupt because any surplus is already spent – there is nothing there except the federal and state government’s promises to pay. If you need $40,000 to live during your retirement years then you will need $2,000,000 in tax free interest cash to support yourself at today’s interest rates. Please, don’t forget that if your 2 million is in a 401k your will be taxed double because a 401k is tax deferred and not tax free. In you senior years you will need to pay your deferred tax on you principal 401k amount and additional taxes on any interest, dividend, or stock sale. Wake up America your politicians and bureaucrats have squandered you Social Security inheritance and if you are relying on SSI and Medicare – you too are bankrupt.
