Let’s look at what Your Constitution does not say, and for good reason; it does not say the supreme court, or any court, can decree changes to the Constitution from the bench; it does not say that Congress can usurp the constitution or add to the few and defined powers the Federal government is granted by the people; it does not say the President can assume any powers not specifically granted in the Constitution by we the people; it does not say the illegally established departments of government can use administrative power to deny citizens of their Constitutional rights, or charge citizens fees or fine them; and it does not say that the Federal government can seize the powers not enumerated in the constitution that are reserved for the states and we the people.

The congress, the courts, and the presidents have so perverted the constitution of the American people that it is unrecognizable. The greatest political contract ever created by the mind of man, through the divine providence of God Almighty, has been supplanted by a failed tyrannical Federal government. A federal government that has bankrupted the US citizen, failed at everything it attempts from the post office to the education of our children, stifled economic growth and prosperity, is destroying our currency, and promoted a court system that routinely denies American citizens their Constitutional rights.

Unless the American voter dissolves this Federal mega failure and returns their country to American Constitutional government; the US will continue its slide into financial degradation and constitutional decay.

In finance there is a rule called the rule of 69 which states that in order to find out how long it will take for your investment to double just divide 69 by the interest rate. For example, if you invest your money at 6% and receive compounded interest then we take 69/6 =11.5: your principal will double in eleven and a half years.

Now if we look at the federal debt, how long does it take to double? The ten year T-bill rate is 4.24%. So 60/4.24=16.27 or the 14.7 trillion dollar deficit will double in 16 years to 29.4 trillion (14.7X2=29.2); and the 29.4 trillion will double again in the next 16 years to 58.8 trillion dollars.

No right minded man or women expects the interest rates to remain low; in fact they have risen sharply in the last three months despite Fed Chairman Bernanke and his printing press. If the rates rise to the traditional level which is actual inflation plus 3% the, rates today would be about 13%. At 13% the debt will double every 5.3 years. Remember the t-bill rates are historically much high than today with the average for the last 50 years being about 6%. At 6% the debt will double every 11.5 years.

The congressional budget office estimates that the total federal debt is actually 73 trillion in on budget and off budget deficits. Tell me how can America survive when their 73 trillion dollar debt doubles every 11.5 years? Also keep in mind that the Congress and the Senate have never paid off principal, they only pay the interest, so the debt never goes down. I thought you might want to know your financial condition.

The American government is doubling down in an all out effort to annihilate this beautiful land. It’s just a matter of fact.

The anarchy exploding in the middle east and the Chinese economic and military might overshadowing the

US are announcing bad omens for the future of American prosperity. The environmentalist have foolishly closed down our energy independence; and now every expert is predicting $5.00 to $7.00 a gallon gas. As gas price escalate the economy will sink back into severe recession and increasing joblessness. The Chinese are doing to American what Reagan did to the Soviets; they are building up their military and economic strength at a time that the US is totally and completely bankrupt.

Meanwhile, The union uproar in Wisconsin and the imminent raising of the debt limit in Washington demonstrated that America still hans’t gotten the news. America is crumbling from within. Our entire country has been mismanaged and sold out for 40 years by incompetent and non sensical politicians and bureaucrats. Today it’s time to consolidate our economic and political base and reestablish US industry and independence at home.

If we remain dependent on foreign oil, foreign manufacturing, foreign engineering, foreign software design and application, foreign shipping, foreign professionals, etc. then when the world overflows with revolution or extreme jingoism we will be at the mercy of our enemies; and let’s make no mistake about the fact that Islam, China, Russia, and most of South America are our enemies.

Every day that passes by we become more addicted to foreign manufacture and supplies. America is lying in the nursing home of history, dying a slow death: our productive years are over and we are living on international medicare, destitute and waiting to die. We have bankrupted our children and our grandchildren, our government schools have not educated them, and they are unable to overcome the imminent decline of this once great nation.

The drum is beating slowly but loudly against the US Private bank, The Federal Reserve, printing the dollar into devaluation and there by stealing or cheating every other nation, and every American citizen, out of their just value. The Obama administration has hamstrung the US economy into unfathomable debt, crippling financial reform which strangles Main Street and gives a monopoly to the big banks, and enslaving the free market to generational taxes. But the world, who has a deep financial investment in the dollar, is screaming foul. This 600 billion will flood the world with cheap dollars sending food prices skyrocketing around the globe and forcing starvation on millions of poor people. Everyday and every week the Stock Market rises and falls as news reports and economic indicators give us a snap shot of the state of the US economy. The DOW will increase by hundreds of points and then tumble down again as investors try to figure out what the future holds.

Big money investors like the Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Kuwait or at home Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, Wells Fargo or J.P. Morgan Chase routinely manipulate selected stocks and buy them, then drive the stock price up, only to sell and allow the stock to fall again after “profit taking.” All the above have computer buy-sell programs that milk the market by a virtual form of insider trading which regulators adamantly refuse to stop.

Mutual funds, 401(k) stock managers, and institution investors have long since stopped buying companies for the long haul by investing capital into a thriving enterprise in order to own them and collect dividends from the profits. Now the stock market is a never ending series of buy-sell transactions. Nobody is interested in keeping stockholder’s in control of the companies, while CEOs and executives are raping the stockholders and milking the profits because no one is holding them to account.

Financial analysis’s are devising new derivative Hi-Lo bets for their customers and trying hard to game the system instead of verifying balance sheets to make sure the companies aren’t just gaming them back by inflating their stock and then selling stock instead of providing goods and services.

Meanwhile the Dodd-Frank bill has legalized the new casino strategy of Wall Street into the new financial law. They seem to have completely ignored the very reason that the stock market was created: To sell stock to raise capital so that companies could build businesses and industry, which creates national wealth, provides jobs, and supports the national economy. Now an IPO has a circus atmosphere surrounding it and everyone is speculating on the windfall profits from a quick sale instead of maximizing the cash the company needs to create a new viable enterprise.

Farmers, lumber mills, and providers of goods can no longer hedge the costs of raw materials to keep consumer prices stable because the commodities markets are inflamed with speculators trying to make a quick buck at the expense of the farmer, rancher, or cereal processor. The quick buck win, win mentality is destroying the very fabric of our economic base, and undermining the American social foundations. Wall Street has degenerated into a financial porno show where everyone is aroused with quick money and false expectations but the fact is that it is just artificial stimulation and false hopes for real satisfaction.

The research was extremely difficult because the fund managers were using complicated mathematical algorithms to fool anyone questioning their management fees and brokerage charges. But the LA Times, to their credit, waded through all the deception and found that on average the funds were charging 20% or more for work most fund managers charge 1 1/2-2% for. The practice is epidemic and even career employee fund managers are fooled and lied too; the result is that most participants investing through retirement accounts are having their savings and profits stolen by the large fund managers in collusion with the democratic congress and senate.

The excessive fees could easily cost the average investor tens of thousands of dollars over the course of their working life. Many 410(k) investors have taken up the battle and started asking their Stock and Bond managers, or company Human Resources director, for a written comprehensive fee schedule but are being lied too, miss led, or ignored.
