We also charge 50% of the monthly rent to lease residential property, and we give You the option of paying 75% and we will co-broke the rental with all the other management and real estate companies in town.

We are experts at checking tenants credit, and screening tenants before making a commitment to them, and then having to evict them. Consequently, Your vacancy rate and turnover rate will be lower.
