THE SALAZAR SLICK IS BEACHING THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION AND HURTING THE ENVIORNMENT FOR EVERGREEN COLORADO REAL ESTATE CITIZENS

 

The complete incompetence of Secretary Salazar and the woeful lack of executive experience of President Obama are costing the Gulf Coast dearly. Salazar’s Mineral Management Service Manager Liz Birnbaum, was thrown under the bus alone as Salazar tried to blame everyone and everything except the real culprit: himself. He appointed Birnbaum who, like himself, had absolutely no experience whatsoever in oil drilling or off shore oil drilling. She was a political congressional staffer not an experienced executive manager.

 

Salazar was a water and environmental lawyer, a political hack for Governor Romer, a Colorado attorney General, and executive director of the Colorado Department of Natural Resources and Senator before becoming Secertary of the Interior for Obama. In every post he held his tenure was characterised by incompetence and idiotic and foolish solutions to what ever problem he confronted. A confirmend bureaucrat he thinks the government is the answer to every issue in society. His inability to analyze situations, his strong belief in political appointments without regard for ability or competence has placed him on the wrong side of every enviornmental issue in Colorado. His goals are noble but he is unable to conceive of real life solutions and the result is to destroy  businesses and jobs in Colorado’s energy industry, while working hard to shut down our vital energy exploration.

 

He is a lawyer and has no real life experience in business. His wife runs and ice creame shop here in Colorado and she would be a better Secretary of Interior than he. What we need is a hard working laborer in the enviornmental industry as secretary of the Interior, not another also ran lawyer. Its time for Americans to demand real life experience and real life success before they allow a political hack to regulate our critical energy assets. Attorneys have proved over and over that they are not leaders, poor managers, poor critical thinkers, have no vision, and tend to allienate and aggravate people rather than engender loyality and inspire superior performance.

 

It’s time to return to the fundamentals. SHORT SALE TAKE A LONG TIME FOR EVERGREEN COLORADO REAL ESTATE

 

A short sale is when the bank that holds a mortgage on an upside down home agrees to take less than the principal amount owed in order to avoid the hassle of the foreclosure process. The reason we are told that banks are taking so long to agree to a short sale is that they are overwhelmed with short sales and foreclosures and can’t handle the load.

 

The other problem is that the banks are usually looking to get market value and will not commit to a lower price.

 

So, many short sales just linger indefinitely until the foreclosure process end runs the short sale process. A wiser strategy would be for Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and FHA to approve loans and provide the cash for qualified buyers to buy the home at the foreclosure sale. If the buyers bid less than the bank then many banks would take the offer instead of assuming the responsibility of winterizing, maintaining, and selling the foreclosed home. The perennial problem is that government in incapable of dynamic solutions to any problem.
