Now that old Teddy Kennedy is dead you will not hear that Hyannis Port must be sold to pay estate taxes, his money is all off shore. Only hard working folks like you pay high taxes.

 

Julie Garber, an Estate attorney, wrote in an article for About.com that half her clients have moved away from high tax areas. This concept that the rich will pay for all the deficit spending and all the health care is just wishful thinking. BUILDING GREEN CERTIFICATION FOR EVERGREEN COLORADO CUSTOM HOME BUILDERS

 

One of the Green building certifications available to EVERGREEN COLORADO CUSTOM HOME BUILDERS is the National Association of Home Builders Certified Green Professional designation from the NAHB. The certification begins with a 24 hour training course. “Subjects covered in training discuss how green homes provide buyers with lower energy costs and higher value, and will include strategies for incorporating green-building principles into homes without driving up the cost of construction. The designation curriculum requires completion of the Green Building for Building Professionals two-day course and either the Business Management for Building Professionals one-day course or having another current NAHB professional designation.”

It also requires contractors to sign a Code of Ethics document which hopes to insure a high level of commitment to the green cause and insure a high level of professional competence in completing any work. This is an individual Code of Ethics and not something that can be granted to a company or corporation.
