The Obama administration new strategy is a retread of the old class warfare and income jealousies that the liberal haters have used in the past. It’s just hate speech dressed up in a new suit. Wealthy people are not the enemy, government is the enemy.

However, there is a new twist on the old democratic hostility to productive citizens, we are now in a global world. Rich corporations and wealthy individuals are simply relocating their assets, their incomes and themselves to foreign lands well beyond the greedy reach of parasitic bureaucrats and politicians.

Productive Americans are just shrugging their patriotic shoulders and moving their manufacturing, assets, cash, corporations and families to prosperous nations around the globe. Their prosperity is now producing jobs, and creating wealth for other countries and other peoples.

The concept that we will punish hard working entrepreneurs and businesses with confiscatory taxes is an anachronism. They say in science that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. The reaction to Obama’s class warfare is to relocate your wealth to an offshore venture; and then even the taxes that were paid are now no longer paid. Several years ago New York instituted a tax on the rich and revenues from the rich declined. You see, people with money are not stupid; they simply moved away!

According to Forbes the number of millionaires and billionaires in the U.S. is declining every year; not because they have lost their fortune, but because they have taken their money and left. Leaving is the logical reaction to more taxes.

First government chased manufacturing out of America, then they chased heavy industry away, then they rousted the mining industry, then oil and gas, next they ran off successful corporations, and now the wealthy; perhaps we should chase away big government bureaucrats and inspire all those they banished to come back home. Government is the problem not the solution.

Commodity prices are rising every day from your local store and spreading all the way to Beijing. Poor people are starving around the globe because they can no longer afford to buy food. Corn is up 69%, Wheat 47%, Soy Beans 44%, Sugar 15%, Coffee 65%, Cotton rose a wapping 105%, and Gas has more than doubled since Obama took control of the economy. The cost of rice is up over 16% before the gas price is calculated in. All these prices started to explode when Obama, Bernanke, and the Fed began QE1 in which the Fed printed 1.7 trillion dollars out of thin air. History has taught that inflation and then hyper inflation always results from creating worthless fiat money, and this time is no exception.

It is estimated that the Fed’s immoral counterfeit printed dollars costs American and global consumers about 11.9 trillion dollars extra every month in their family budgets. So the Bernanke and Obama debt reduction QE1 and QE2 are embezzling over 7 times the amount printed by the Fed; this is what is called by economists the inflation tax. This raping of the American taxpayers will send the U.S. into a second silent recession. This massive evil inflation tax will drain trillions of dollars from taxpayers pockets and depreciate every asset and every pay check in America.

There is no substitute for a booming economy. Trying to deficit spend and inflate your way to prosperity has never, and will never work. Unless we return to Constitutional limited government America will fall; we are already staggering in a drunken stupor intoxicated with trillions of useless dollars and charging our next drink to our children and grand children.

In the last two blogs we spoke about discounting and the insidiousness of government’s systematic plan to inflate the dollar. Today let’s talk about the reaction to the administrations carefully devised plan.

 

Many of the oil producing countries have refused to accept the dollar as payment for their oil. China is outraged at the Obama deficit spending and the Feds multi-trillion dollar spending debacle. The Chinese want the US to pay them the trillions we owe them with real money – not inflated money. They have consulted together with the international community and have devised a plan to escape the inflationary discounting of America while still allowing the US government to inflate away the wealth of the US citizen.

 

Their solution is a global currency, issued by the International Monetary Fund that will index every national currency to the IMF’s money and thereby require the US to pay its debts by adjusting the dollars upward until the Federal Reserve’s spiraling inflation is covered. It has been reported that at the last G20 summit in Pittsburgh the Obama administration has agreed to this plan.

 

This solution will allow the Government to deflate the dollar by 100% in the next ten years and thereby pay for health care with the currency value, or buying power, that is inflated away from the American citizen. This is the ultimate result of Keynesian economics. The new currency is the IMF’s SDR and you will be hearing much more about it in coming financial news. Know this for certain as the SDR’s value increases against the dollar your wealth, your dollars, and your buying power will be vanishing.

All of the bank owned homes I have seen listed are “as is” listings indicating that the bank will take no responsibility for the condition of the property. This should be a flag to the buyer that care must be taken to insure that they are not buying a headache.

 

To many times I have seen young couples buy a problem property not realizing how much work and how much money will be required to fix up a home. The net result is that they will spend more money than the neighborhood comps, or they will spend all of their time and money for several years just to get the home to the condition that other homes in the neighborhood are at without spending their live working for sweat equity.

 

My advice is that if you don’t know how to renovate a home, if it is not your business, if you have little or no experience working construction then buy a home that just needs paint and redecorating not renovating. Don’t play the banks game and buy their problem and make it you own.
