The insidious scam that the government, the national media, and the Wall Street crowd are playing on the American people should be stopped. The Dow Jones average should not be in the nine thousands but in the three thousands. Every time a company listed on the Dow either has major financial problems like AT&T or GM the Dow just drops them from their list and plugs in another highly profitable company.

 

This gives the average 401k contributor a false sense of security when they hear night after night that the Dow Jones was up today by a hundred points or more. The recent crash should have alerted all of us to the scam being foisted on the public by this daily fairy tale report about the solid state of our stock market.

 

We should also be aware that the rising or falling of the stock market is not a good indication of our economy. As we can see the Dow is going up by the minute and unemployment and the business bottom lines of most American and global companies is nose diving. On the other hand most people are hired by small local companies which are not on any stock exchange and these local enterprises are doing fine. In fact they are doing so well that the new administration is planning on tax them out of all their profits in the coming year. Any company or individual who makes 250 thousand dollars or more a year are in the tax man sites. These are the very businesses that are supporting our economy.

The latest scheme that the Federal Government is subscribing to is the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) which will act as a global Federal Reserve. Please note that the Federal Reserve is not a Federal government institution nor does it have vast reserves but only the right, a right that the Congress of the United States

abdicated to it, to create and coin US currency. The Bank for International Settlements or BIS as it is called is also a private company owned by its private member banks.

 

Did you ever wonder where money comes from – it is not the US mint, nor Fort Knox – it is the private banks called the Federal Reserve. They create money out of thin air and then charge you, me and the Federal government interest on the money they just created. Why not let Uncle Sam create the money and use the interest paid on this newly created money to pay for legitimate government expenses?  Why let the Federal Reserve create money and pay them interest on the national debt when we could just create the money ourselves and pay ourselves interest.

 

The monumental failure of the private monetary banks throughout the world is legendary. The Glenwood Springs and Vail city government councils are finally learning what is paying all the cities bills. Both cities have decided to allow Real Estate Brokers to put “Open House” signs in the public right of way. Although there were plenty of public and cooperate bureaucrats to complain, the city is hurting big time because they were warring against the business community that was providing the jobs, the tax revenues, and the cash money that greases every economy both locally and nationally.

 

To have passed laws that are anti business, demonstrates how far these politically correct governments have wandered away from good old American Common Sense. Their politicians seem to have a total contempt for the tax payers and they just spend money without considering the hardship their wanton irresponsible spending is causing the local citizenship. They are getting elected to cut spending and carefully manage the people’s affairs and they get elected and completely disregard everything they were elected to do.

The Democratic State Congress and Governor Ritter are hell bent on destroying the Competitive Mortgage business in Colorado. They have allowed the Colorado Regulatory Agency to force ½ the Mortgage Brokers out of the business with idiotic and stupid regulations. These regulations are coupled with increase fees and insurances for an industry that is already struggling.

 

At the same time they have exempted the mortgage banks from the new punitive laws. Again this shows the legislatures complete inability to grasp the real meaning of the mortgage crisis. It was the large mortgage banks who created the “b paper loans” and merged them into mortgage backed securities. It was the large mortgage banks along with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac who sold these toxic securities around the world. It is these large mortgage banks and their government counterparts who are now exempt from all the new ridiculous regulations designed to destroy any competition in the mortgage industry. The fantastic explosion of junk fees and the burdensome discount points and inflated interest rates are the stock and trade of the large mortgage institutions. Countrywide, Ditech, Lendingtree, Eloan, Wells Fargo, Bank of America are among the most expensive lenders in the business; and are the causes of the great mortgage melt down in the last several years.

 

When you realize that these large banks, which cause the mortgage debacle, will now have little or no competition you to realize how stupid our government regulators are.
