GREEN HAS AMERICAN ENERGY ORPHANS ON EVERGREEN COLORADO REAL ESTATE

The national discussion always seems to gravitate to more solar and wind energy to catapult the American economy into the new century. But both wind and solar are dead losers and can’ t generate enough reliable energy to electrocute a fly. Wind and solar only work when the tax payer pays massive subsidizes to fund the production and the delivery of these “Alternative Energies.” Taxpayers around the globe are underwriting these “new energy” sources, otherwise nobody could afford them.

Why are we so ignorant when our ill-advised politicians and bureaucrats force these energy boondoggles down our throat? There are real world solutions to our energy needs that are cheap, safe, and abundant.

Why aren’t we pursuing Hydro-electric and nuclear energy? The entire western slope of Colorado uses energy produced by the Western Area Power Administration which harnesses the power of moving water to generate all the electric needed in a 15 state area of the central and western United States. This power doesn’t pollute, is extremely cheap, is very reliable, and an environmental asset, and is a multi-use project which stores water for municipalities, farmers, and ranchers. It is a win win for everybody involved-but yet all the pseudo gurus of the new energy age are intellectually impervious to the great benefits of hydro electric power.

Nuclear is a second energy source that is successful, clean, dependable and cheap. Of course, Al Gore and the democratic hoard can’t rip off the American consumer with trillions in carbon taxes, carbon credits, and fossil fuel tax revenues; but nuclear is the most promising source, the most environmentally friendly, and the most abundantly available today. The navy runs on nuclear, France has exported nuclear around the globe, America has used nuclear successfully for generations, and it is safer than having sex, using your hair dryer, or driving to a movie theater to watch an Al Gore propaganda film. The waste can be easily disposed of under ground and we could put all the assets of NASA to work at neutralizing the spent fuel-or Hilary and Obama could sell it to Iran and they could have at least one foreign policy success.

The fact of the matter is that solar and wind are doomed to fail. Al Gore and company recognize this in their more honest moments, and that is why they are investing heavily in the carbon credit dilution so they can steal away the wealth of the US citizen by selling them the oxygen that trees and plants produce for free. The carbon credit myth broadcasts the belief that Al Gore knows wind and solar are doomed to fail, and that hydro and nuclear must be demonized because they work, so that fossil fuel users can be punished and Al Gore and the bureaucrats can fee you to death with useless carbon credits and taxes on the air we breath.

America we are going to have to start thinking about all the propaganda we are being fed. Common Sense can separate the wheat form the chaff if we just demand the facts and evidence: AND THEN THINK IT THROUGH.

We the people have not been “ever vigilant” and have allowed government at every level to become a monopolistic, greedy, incompetent enterprise. We have permitted the government to become a government of the government, by the government, and for the government. The situation is becoming tyrannical because this government monopoly has the right to reach into your pocket at anytime and just take away you income, your assets, and your investments at will.

The government monopoly is in crisis mode because the taxpayers are hurting and revenues are down. Rather than cutting back they are just raising taxes for no other public good other than to raise revenue to keep their monopoly awash with money and their salaries and benefits funded. They have long since gone beyond the point where the taxes are to for the good of the people and now the taxes are just more cash for the bureaucrats and politicians to pocket. They are an enterprise in and of themselves and are responsible to no one; plus they have the sacred right to tax and regulate the very people whose money they need to continue to increase, and aggrandize their own wealth. It’s time we repealed the 16th amendment to the constitution and took back control of our income and assets from those who want to take it for themselves.

The government of the founding fathers was to be a bare bones skeletal operation, run by public servants, who just did the minimum amount to keep society functioning. Now, it is an oligarchy monstrosity whose major purpose is to tax away your money, and then double tax you when you die by stealing your lifetime wealth from your children, as they tax away everything with the death tax. The return on your local, state, and Federal tax dollar has consistently been less than 20%. So we could eliminate 80% of the bureaucracy and get the government back to private industry standards while giving the citizens 80% of their money back. A 190 billion dollar boondoggle is before congress this week. They are calling it a job stimulus bill but it is just another congressional give away that will kill jobs and depress business stability and expansion. The bill will add new taxes to small businesses who file under an “S” corporation raising their income taxes, their payroll taxes, and their dividend taxes to an average rate of 50%

 

US multinational corporate taxes will increase on their overseas income which will force layoffs here in America and force these corporations to start new corporations and subsidiaries in other countries where businesses and jobs are welcome.

 

The taxes on venture capital partnerships will increase from 15% to 35% at a time when the economy is cash poor and suffering from a liquidity crisis. New companies, funded by Venture capitalists, are the juggernaut that propelled companies like Apple, Google, Home Depot and all other start ups into the job creating income producing giants that they are today. Just like Mercedes Benz, Toyota, Nissan, Sony and many other companies are foreign corporations and only pay taxes on their American sales; most of their infrastructure, advertising, software, back room support, insurance, accounting, real estate, shipping and their executive headquarters are located in foreign countries – this bill will prompt American companies to join the ranks of foreign employers overseas.

IN GOD WE TRUST FOR THE EVERGREEN COLORADO REAL ESTATE MARKET

 

When using the strict scientific method we must postulate a theory and then test the theory by observable experimentation or real life observation. So let’s postulate that there really is one God who created everything in the universe. That God established the laws of nature and science. That the law of gravity, the laws of the conservation of matter, the laws of thermo dynamics, the laws of relativity, and the code of DNA were all set in place to ensure the smooth operation of God’s creation. In other words, the earth’s existence is not the result of chaos and life did not evolve out of circulating space rocks that became primordial slop.

 

Now let’s postulate that this God created man to live forever: for a short time in this life and then for eternity in the here-after. So God also created Spiritual laws that are reflected in earth’s clean wholesome bright sun filled natural laws, and which are as immutable and reliable as the laws of gravity, thermo-dynamics, etc. Now if you sky, if you are involved in nuclear fission or space travel you can only ignore relativity at your own peril, and if we tamper with your DNA we could easily create a modern day Frankenstein.

 

Now, if this God exists let’s see how we have honored Him: America has allow our Supreme Court to outlaw prayer in school and severely limit prayer for our armed service chaplains (consequently we have not won a war since WWII); the supreme court and US politicians are killing the children that God has created unique in all the creation therefore we need open borders to fill the job ranks of all those killed and our SSI is bankrupt because murdered children don’t pay SSI taxes ( every human is unique with unique DNA, not any two look alike); We honor a false god in our politically correct ignorance who never gave their worshipers freedom, women’s rights, equal justice under the law, and whose major political goal is to annihilate another country while we profile grandmothers for air port searches, our schools are breeding grounds for STD’s and we have gone from #1 in education, when prayer was allowed in schools, to #49th behind many third world countries; our economy is in shambles as our elected officials and bureaucrats steer us towards further insolvency every day; our patriotism is on the wane as more that 60% of Americans will not allow their children to join the Armed Services and defend Abortion on demand, the outlawing of Prayer to Almighty God, the governments steeling the citizens income and labor, the destruction of the rights of the citizens to worship in public and private the God who Blessed America and gave us all the freedoms our Founding Fathers defined in the Constitution – of course, our Founding Fathers loved and honored this theorized God.

I wonder at what point the local, state, and federal spending will stop? How much is too much and how much will cause complete chaos in our society and destroy the moral conscience and the freedoms we all love so much? We now own 54 trillion, a sum no reasonable person believes our economy can pay back without inflating our currency by at least 100%.

 

The Federal government is now going to pass universal health care. This will add a trillion and a half dollars to the deficit at a minimum – a trillion and a half we Americans just don’t have. Objective experts place the health care deficit at many more billions that the Trillion and a half just quoted! Where will it come from? How much is too much spending? At what point will we admit our limitations? The world markets are already writing off America. Several countries will no longer accept dollars as payment for US debt.

 

The Global markets want an international currency so that America cannot pay for our huge trade deficit and huge debt with inflated dollars. Folks the game is over. If we don’t stop then America as we know it will shortly end. Either American needs to wake up or it GOOD NIGHT AMERICA.

The problems of liquidity we are experiencing are not new to modern societies. Japan has been experiencing the same dilemma for the past two decades. They tried the same solutions that the Obama administration is trying. They tried to borrow their way out of the cash starved economy by borrowing from their central bank. All they have done is create more debt, the very root of the original problem.

 

The American economy needs cash to run smoothly but the only way to create money is to create debt. Even the government can no longer create money but has delegated it to the privately held Federal Reserve. The Federal Reserve just prints the money but then loans it to You or to Uncle Sam. Why do we need a middleman? Why doesn’t the government just create the money themselves, as our constitution requires and pay itself the interest. Why are we letting a private bank create money and then charging the American taxpayer interest?

 

It’s time we established our own Bank of the United States and took control of our currency again. Most knowledgeable economists realize that the Federal Reserve’s incompetence caused our current problems and it is time that we attacked this primary cause first. THE APPALLING HIPPOCRACY OF THE FDIC  

The FDIC (Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation), which insures your deposits in the banks, is chastising and fining local banks for being too heavily invested in commercial real estate. The banks are still solvent but the FDIC doesn’t like the percentage of commercial investments so they are reprimanding the local Colorado banks.

One can’t help but notice that the FDIC itself is bankrupt. As of September 29th of 2009 the FDIC insurance fund is running at a negative. Now this is an astounding thing. The banks that are solvent are being punished by the FDIC bureaucrats who themselves have run the FDIC insurance fund into bankruptcy. If your bank now does go broke there is no money in the FDIC fund to cover your losses. I guess the Federal Reserve, who was mandated to regulate the FDIC and the banks, would just print the money and further dilute the value of the dollar.
