THE GOSPEL OF THE CONSTITUTION WON’T BRING ANY CHANGES TO AMERICA OR THOSE ON EVERGREEN COLORADO REAL ESTATE

All the Republican talk show hosts on TV and Radio are drooling over the prospects of a Republican landslide in November. If only the Republicans and or the Conservatives could get control of the House and the Senate then we would return to the Constitution of our Founding Fathers and Mothers; and life in the US would return to normal! We, as a nation would all be born-again constitutionalists and government from the local, to the state, to Washington DC would again be controlled by “We the People” instead of the political hacks and the incompetent bureaucrats.

I do think that the Republicans will win big in November but little if anything will change. The national fever is over the re-establishment of a constitutional gospel that supposedly created America the Great. What we don’t hear is that this country was Fathered by our Creator God, as outlined in the Preamble to the Declaration of Independence, and all our freedoms flow from the DNA of the biblical Jehovah God of our Founding Fathers. He it is who endowed us with inalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. If we honor God, if we trust in God then God himself will cherish and protect America and the freedom he has decreed; but if we treat him as a vial curse; if we reject him and his gospel of love; if honoring, respecting, and praying to Him in our national discourse is outlawed, if our soldiers can no longer pray in His son’s name on the battle field; if we allow abominations like abortion where we kill the child created in His image and likeness and alienate that child’s right to life; if the sacred union between a loving man and women are allowed to become sexual perversion and advertising titillation for every TV, radio, internet, and print media; if our school age children are pressured to become the school gigolo or prostitute by the administration, curriculum, and our culture; if our courts are allowed to pervert the American moral conscience and strike down everything we cherish in this land; if our colleges and universities corrupt our history and pollute the students morals – then God will judge the United States of America and the republicans or democrats who manage it.

God will not be mocked, we will reap what we sow. If we as republicans or democrats put our faith in the gospel of the constitution instead of the gospel of God then America the Beautiful will continue it’s rapid decline as we worship the paper god of the constitution instead of the Creator God who endowed us with self evident truths and God given rights.

THE SALAZAR SLICK IS BEACHING THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION AND HURTING THE ENVIORNMENT FOR EVERGREEN COLORADO REAL ESTATE CITIZENS

 

The complete incompetence of Secretary Salazar and the woeful lack of executive experience of President Obama are costing the Gulf Coast dearly. Salazar’s Mineral Management Service Manager Liz Birnbaum, was thrown under the bus alone as Salazar tried to blame everyone and everything except the real culprit: himself. He appointed Birnbaum who, like himself, had absolutely no experience whatsoever in oil drilling or off shore oil drilling. She was a political congressional staffer not an experienced executive manager.

 

Salazar was a water and environmental lawyer, a political hack for Governor Romer, a Colorado attorney General, and executive director of the Colorado Department of Natural Resources and Senator before becoming Secertary of the Interior for Obama. In every post he held his tenure was characterised by incompetence and idiotic and foolish solutions to what ever problem he confronted. A confirmend bureaucrat he thinks the government is the answer to every issue in society. His inability to analyze situations, his strong belief in political appointments without regard for ability or competence has placed him on the wrong side of every enviornmental issue in Colorado. His goals are noble but he is unable to conceive of real life solutions and the result is to destroy  businesses and jobs in Colorado’s energy industry, while working hard to shut down our vital energy exploration.

 

He is a lawyer and has no real life experience in business. His wife runs and ice creame shop here in Colorado and she would be a better Secretary of Interior than he. What we need is a hard working laborer in the enviornmental industry as secretary of the Interior, not another also ran lawyer. Its time for Americans to demand real life experience and real life success before they allow a political hack to regulate our critical energy assets. Attorneys have proved over and over that they are not leaders, poor managers, poor critical thinkers, have no vision, and tend to allienate and aggravate people rather than engender loyality and inspire superior performance.

 

It’s time to return to the fundamentals. This week the Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission (FCIC) begins to investigate the causes and the key players for the economic global disaster. The PBS did a special on Frontline called “The Warning” which chronciles the role the Treasury and the Federal Reserve, along with the role the Clinton financial team of doom, comprised of  Alan Greenspan, Larry Summers, Robert Rubin, played in causing the markets to implode. Brooksley Born, who was demonized by the Clinton team of doom, will be on the commission. Brooksley Born was viciously forced out of her job by Greenspan, Rubin, and Summers for warning the Clinton White House and the Congress of the dangers of Credit Default Swaps (CDS contracts) which caused the Global Economic meltdown.

 

According to the Frontline investigation the Clinton Advisors were well aware of what was going on with AIG and all the investment banks and protected them from any regulatory action that Brooksley Born wanted to inplement to protect the American economy. It is just now becoming public that the great recession of 2006 and 2007 did not blindside the Federal Government and Congress but, as it turned out, they were instrumental in nurturing and protecting the CDS industry for personal gain and campaign booty for their re-elections.

 

The real lesson to be learned by the American people is that the government has become big business. The politicians and the bureaucrats run the government for personal gain and if an honest dedicated person like Brooksley Born tries to protect “we the people” she is ruthlessly destroyed in the name of personal and bureaucratic porfits.

In the 1990’s everybody was talking free market economy. Many, like Ross Perot, protested but the NAFTA/GATT crowd won out. These toxic trade agreements were supported by both the Bush senior and the Clinton crowd. The talk was that American manufacturing simply could not compete with the low cost of foreign labor in China, India, South America, and the rest of the third world. So we past this free market trade agreement and all our garment, furniture, steel, electronic, etc moved overseas. People like Wal-Mart centered their whole marketing plan around the low cost of foreign made goods.

 

But the advocates of free trade assured us that all the high paying service jobs would remain and all our manufacturing workers would just have to re-train. Our Community Colleges, State Colleges and Universities would set up programs to re-train our citizens. But the unseen consequences were that when our manufacturing jobs outsourced so did our engineering, marketing, sales, software, accounting and all the service jobs we were told would stay. Our politicians were so arrogant they thought that people in China, Japan, and India were too stupid to get accounting degrees, software degrees, engineering degrees, etc. The net result was that even companies who still manufacture in the US have out sourced their high paying jobs overseas. So now the local telephone company has all its engineering, software applications, technical support, accounting, marketing and web site maintenance provided by foreign professionals.

It has just been reported that Colorado lost 100,000 jobs in 2009. Many of these jobs were good solid middle class jobs and higher end middle class jobs. Of those still working many have had their salaries or hours cut. These are the kind of jobs that are being lost to the internet. Professionals in other countries are stealing these jobs because they can work for far less than American workers.

 

Political hacks and government economists are reporting signs of optimism for 2010 but their reports are not convincing and their evidence is more hope than fact. Businesses are either unable or unwilling to borrow so the banks are losing solvency. Federal regulators are going after local banks with a vengeance even though it was the large Wall Street banks, now flush with bailout cash, that caused all the mortgage and real estate problems. Obama, Bernanke, and Geithner are floundering, dumb struck and unable to revive the American economy. They just keep printing, borrowing, and spending tax payers money – and accomplish nothing. Our jobs and our production infra-structure keeps migrating overseas.

 

As our economic base relocates to China, India, and South America our service industries close their doors and leave staring blank store fronts in their wake. Much of the cash left in the local economy the local, state, federal governments are legislating tax increase to drain that cash off the private sector. The new health care bill will severely punish small business employers so the business people I speak to are either not hiring or are investigating putting their employees on 1099’s so they can avoid the taxes and the additional health care costs.

 

It seems that if the powers that be wanted to destroy the economy then everything they are doing makes perfect sense; if, on the other hand, they want to revive the economy everything make no logical sense at all!

DENVER METRO SEES SURGE IN HOME SALES FOR NOVEMBER

 

The Denver metro home sales rose 223% from November 2008 and the median price increased 11.8 % above the median prices last November. The median price last month was $218,000 and most analysts are attributing the strong sales to the $8000 tax credit, which was supposed to expire November 31st.

 

Homes in all price ranges increased and many of the buyers were also sellers. Buyers are biting the bullet and selling at a lower cost so that they can take advantage of the lower prices on a bigger home.

 

Perhaps people are starting to ignore all the bad news coming from Washington and are realizing that all economies are local and Colorado’s economy looks good. Our unemployment rate is a modest 6% well within the normal range and if this is worst that it gets we will easily survive this recession. It’s time for You too to take advantage of all the opportunities available in today’s market.
