Although the administration will not admit it, banks are not booking loans because the Obama policies have killed the demand for new loans. This administration is making basic mistakes showing themselves to be completely ignorant of economic fundamentals. Our economy is being run by amateurs, who with a typical elitists arrogance, foolishly refuse to admit their lack of understanding and experience and just sulk in the corner like a spoiled child who won’t learn and won’t change.
So now the Fed will become the primary consumer in America instead of lowering taxes, dismantling the Washington bureaucracy, and returning the money of the US citizenry to the American consumer to whom it rightfully belongs. The Fed thinks that America will take a big bite out of the artificial fruit of government stimulus and start borrowing money again. The problem with artificial solutions is that they can only fix artificial problems. Our problem is a huge Washington ruling class gone wild and bankrupting America down to the fifth generation by spending and taxing away all the consumer cash in the nation; our problem is not the demand for new loans in their broken depressed market.
