AMERICANS ARE POORER SAYS NEW FED SURVEY FOR EVERGREEN COLORADO REAL ESTATE HOUSEHOLDS

The survey of 4000 households in America reports that 63% of all Americans suffered a loss in the last few years since the economic decline. On average US households experienced a 45% decline in their wealth. Some of the loss was in home values and the remainder was the falling value of their investment and retirement accounts.

Median family wealth is down 30 thousand dollars; median family stock and mutual funds are down 31%, while debt rose 7%. Income is down for the average family from $50,100.00 to $49,800 while inflation is skyrocketing and buying power sliding badly. Home values declined 32% on average making the last 10 years a lost decade for wealth building.

Consumer spending has remained steady; mostly the result of higher taxes and fuel prices which has offset the belt tightening caused by joblessness and income loss.

American jobs have migrated to other lands and US workers are feeling the loss. Income in China is up eightfold in the last few years; Russia is posting 15% rise in earnings; Australia incomes rose 2.2%; and in India salaries are increasing 6-13% a year. As America moves away from capitalism, US debt strangles investment, and regulation destroys competitiveness: US wealth is leaving. Federal tax receipts are down 17% for 2010 and continue to fall. We are a country in decline.

America has no vision for the future and the Federal government is failing badly. Wealth and opportunity has moved to foreign markets. Without returning to limited constitutional government and market capitalism America will decay. CELEBRATING THE NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER FOR EVERGREEN COLORADO REAL ESTATE OWNERS

 

Today is the National Day of Prayer, a day when we celebrate the blessings that Jehovah God has poured out on this Nation. We thank God for His divine guidance, His divine providence and His divine protection on this Nation.

 

President Obama said in a speech in June of 2007 that “whatever we once were, we’re no longer a Christian nation.” He went on to state that we are “…also a Muslim nation, and a Buddhist nation, and a Hindu nation, and a nation of nonbelievers.” The truth is that as a Christian Nation we have welcomed all peoples but only because we are a Christian Nation. Saudi Arabia, China, Cuba, Russia, India, etc., do no, and never have, welcomed other peoples.

 

A quick analysis of world history, all the way back to the beginning of recorded time, will easily reveal to the casual observer that the Muslim faith never produced a free society. Muslim countries severely persecute women, and any religion or believe other than their particular form of islam, and they are saved eternally by killing any infidel. Buddhism never produced a free society. Throughout the course of history where Buddhism is the predominant philosophy the citizens never achieved a freedom that the American Constitution routinely gives to every person within its jurisdiction. The same is true of Hinduism, Confucianism, and again Buddhism that has killed and subjugated the people of China and Tibet for centuries. Atheism has given us Stalinist Russia, Nazi Germany, the Soviet Union, Cuba, and many more. Atheism is responsible for the death of more innocent citizens than any other belief.

 

Conversely, Christianity has freed the people of Europe, Britain, America, and Israel. Wherever the Judaic Christian God of the Bible has been worshipped – freedom reigns. If we cast out the Christian God, the one true God, then we will destroy our freedom as well. Whether you believe in Jehovah God or not, He is the God of our Founding Fathers and from their belief sprang all our freedoms.

 

When you know that there truly is a God, and He is the God of the Bible then you will recognize that our freedom comes from Him, and when we reject Him He will no longer guide and protect America.

 

Although you may declare that we are not a Christian Nation, I thank the God Of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob for the freedom I have, which has its foundations in the inalienable rights given me by the Judaic Christian God.

 

Today I will say many prayers of Thanksgiving to the Forgiving, Merciful, Redeeming Father, Son, and Holy Spirit Who has given me freedom in this life and promised me freedom in the next life.

A man named Adam Hochfelder who bilked his investors out of millions perpetrated the latest Ponzi scheme. This is just the latest scan than the SEC was completely unable to detect. The SEC didn’t protect us from the AIG insurance debacle while we were under the protection of Greenspan, Rubin, Bernanke, and Geithner, they were completely baffled by Bernie Madoff, They didn’t enforce the regulations against the mega investment banks who were selling their mortgage default swaps, and now we have another scam that went undetected.

 

The Federal Reserve, and the mega banks that own the privately held Federal Reserve, and Wall Street believe all is fair in Love, War, and Business. They are milking the American 401k investors of all their equity and feel that if you can’t outsmart them then you will get, or not get, what you deserve. At the same time they are charging you fees to invest your money they are shorting you investments to steal you income. Wake up America – Wall Street is not going to fund your retirement.

BANKS ARE STILL THE PROBLEM FOR THE EVERGREEN COLORADO REAL ESTATE ECONOMY

 

Years ago a bank, large or small, was just a bank that took in deposits and loan out those deposits to other members of the community and lived off a percentage of the interest collected from the borrower. Then as the world grew smaller large banks started merging into mega banks. In the 1980’s there was a big push to swallow up all the state and local banks. State politicians changed state banking laws to go along with these mergers. They were all porking it up on the banking campaign contributions and sweet deals to get cushy banking jobs when there political life was over.

 

Regular banks can drink at the Federal Reserve money spigot.  For almost no interest and with 10% in cash down they can create 90% of the cash for any loan they make to themselves.

 

 Then the big mega banks became not only banks but INVESTMENT BANKS. They could now invest their customer’s money and their own money ( interest free from the Fed) in the stock and bond market. So now we have mega banks, using money that was supposed to be use for loans to businesses to fund our economy,  instead manipulating the Wall Street stock and bond markets. With the billions that they can borrow from the Fed and the billions more they can create they are driving the Dow up and then shorting it to steal large sums of money from 401k stockholders. They are even manipulating the stock market against their own investment customers in an all out effort to squeeze the equity out of smaller Wall Street players.

 

Both the Democrats and the Republicans are lining their pockets so neither party will take on the large investment banks like JPMorganChase or Goldman Sachs. It is these large money interests that we the people just bailed out of their mortgage derivative schemes while these banks sold the American economy out and destroyed the US housing markets. Please note that 99.9 % of Americans have most of their financial wealth in their home equity. These big banks will continue to milk Americans still investing in Stocks and Bonds of all their retirement savings. Wake up America.

I have observed a family in my neighborhood that is in financial trouble. They are out of work and have been struggling to find work. They don’t need a super job but just one that will pay the bills. The straight line method writes off the asset on a regular schedule that is figured by dividing the total asset by 27 years. Please note that you can only write off the depreciable portion of your investment.

Let’s say that your house is worth $250,000 of which the land value is $50,000 and the house is $200,000. Then you would take the $200,000 and divide it by 27. You could then take a $7407.00 write off on your taxes. This could shelter $7407.00 of other income that you earned if you are in the rental business and can show that your rental property in earned income.
