Younger workers and those who want to be free to relocate are renting rather than buying homes. With the insatiable tax juggernaut perusing every earner, the mortgage deduction is looking more and more like a thing of the past. Unfortunately, home ownership is another advantage we are ruining for our children and grand children as we move towards a tax subservient political paradigm.
Numerous job seekers will find their new job overseas. Laid off employees are increasingly accepting offers that require them to bring their skills to foreign shores. All this will further depress the real estate market as America adjusts to its new liberal socialists economy and progressively surrenders its capitalists heritage.
