So then we had a quick rebound of the Real Estate market when Uncle Sam gave away an $8,000 stimulus credit but the second it stopped the Real Estate markets slipped back into recession, we had a cash for clunkers stimulus but it was a flash in the pan for the auto industry but a continuing boom for China who is still collecting billions on the interest, we bailed out the big banks, that are stock holders in the Federal Reserve, but it did nothing to stimulate the capital credit markets in the U.S. We printed up QE1 and QE2 but it did little more than cause food prices around the globe to double with no long term benefit to American joblessness.

The only solution is a booming economy which will produce strong and sustained demand in a free market. This is the perpetual money making machine that is self sustaining. It’s called free market capitalism. Only when we rid ourselves of the government bureaucracy that destroys productivity, only when we remove the festering cancer of government and return to minimal government as defined in the constitution, only when we allow productive people to keep their money and enjoy their wealth, only when we stop diluting the dollar with valueless money, only when we eliminate trade agreements negotiated by bureaucratic buffoons, can the American economy and the American people soar to new heights.

The Colorado Division of Housing has reported that the Denver Metro area rental market is strong and the vacancy rates have declined by almost 1 ½ % in the last quarter. As the mortgage approval rates decline the rental market picks up. People are learning that to own a home will take discipline and saving money. REAL ESTATE INSTINCTS

 

Instinct is the subconscious aspect of behavior; it is a powerful motivation or impulse. Self preservation, breathing, your heart pumping, ducking to avoid injury, and catching our balance when we stumble are all examples of instinct. There is also an emotional side of instinct.
