Senator Max Baucus, you guessed it a democratic Senator, just removed all your fund fees safe guards from the American Jobs and Tax Loophole Act passed last week. About five years ago the LA Times started investigating the fee structure for companies specializing in 401(k) investments. These Companies were supposed to guarantee that participants were getting the best deal possible and advertised that they were protecting employees, union members, and enrollees in their programs.

The research was extremely difficult because the fund managers were using complicated mathematical algorithms to fool anyone questioning their management fees and brokerage charges. But the LA Times, to their credit, waded through all the deception and found that on average the funds were charging 20% or more for work most fund managers charge 1 1/2-2% for. The practice is epidemic and even career employee fund managers are fooled and lied too; the result is that most participants investing through retirement accounts are having their savings and profits stolen by the large fund managers in collusion with the democratic congress and senate.

The excessive fees could easily cost the average investor tens of thousands of dollars over the course of their working life. Many 410(k) investors have taken up the battle and started asking their Stock and Bond managers, or company Human Resources director, for a written comprehensive fee schedule but are being lied too, miss led, or ignored. IT’S TOUGH BEING A KID FOR EVERGREEN COLORADO REAL ESTATE YOUNGER HOMEOWNERS.

I am a Baby Boomer, born in 1949, and my wife and I are seriously thinking about retiring in the next 5 to 10 years. I got to thinking about my retirement income and part of our income would be Social Security. So let’s take a look at the Security part of Social Security. The politicians and their bureaucrats have stolen all, yes all, of the money in the Social Security trust fund. That means that the American people must pay Social Security twice – once when we originally invested and again to pay back the fund the money congress and the various presidents in the last 50 years have stolen.

Since my working life is coming to an end I will need the 20, 30, 40, 50 something generations to pay their SSI contributions and make up all the taxes the Baby Boomer’s paid in and lost to congressional thievery. This at a time when 75 million Boomers are going to stop working, stop paying taxes, stop investing in 401k and start depleting this source of capitol, and start drawing on SSI, Medicaid, and Medicare, and working hard in politics to keep the gravy train flowing while the kids are all out working 24/7.

The Security for my retirement is not the good faith and credit of the United States of America. The President, the Congress, and bureaucrats have destroyed the credit of the US and bankrupted the country. No, my security is the income of the younger Americans who are still in the work force. My retirement will be funded by the government taking away the money they need to save for college or their own retirement, taxing away their discretionary income, taxing away their vacation, taxing away the down payment for their home, taxing away the capital gains on their successful investments, taxing away the profits of their small businesses, taxing away all their labor for their entire working life so that I can live the good life. My retirement security is the financial enslavement of my children and grand children – welcome to liberal, progressive America. Socialism at it’s finest – every younger man and women working hard to support me.

Wake up youth of America – stop voting for the Obama’s of the world and let’s get the fiscal conservatives in power to get the tax crushing Federal government off your backs. If you keep voting for democratic and republican liberals you will deserve what you get.

RIGHT IS WRONG AND WRONG IS RIGHT FOR EVERGREEN COLORADO REAL ESTATE CITIZENS

 

The new Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act will wiggle its way into every part of your life. It will retroactively increase the FDIC insurance limits for banks forced into closing by the Federal Reserve and the Treasury and you and your grandchildren will get the bill – because the FDIC is bankrupt. Businesses will be allowed to place a $10.00 minimum purchase limit for using your credit or debtit card or else charge you to do business with them – people in Washington don’t know how the rest of us live. The Federal Government and colleges and universities no longer have to take credit and debit cards as payment or they can charge you an extra fee. Mortgage brokers fees will be cut so that only the big Wall Street banks, who caused the mortgage melt down, will be able to charge you anything they like – so bend over when all competition is eliminated as every loan fee will go through the roof. There will be a lot more small print on the statements you get from your bank, loan company and credit cards companies – the new laws requires these businesses to disclose their new charges and limits to you before they begin to charge you.

 

This is a tpical Washington boondoggel bill which will do absolutly nothing to help or protect you but will cost you more and more money from now on. I ask you who sold toxic mortgage derivatives around the globe? Wasn’t it the Wall Street “to big to fail banks” which were bailed out. Who creaded the adjustable rate, doomed to fail, mortgage products? Wasn’t it Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Countrywide, Fannie Mae and Freedie Mac? The very people that are exempted from these new regulations. Who allowed AIG to sell unfunded insurance as credit default swaps which was the big lie that inspiried people to by Fannie and Freddie mortgages? Wasn’t it the New York and National Federal Reserve. Who created the mandate to book loans to people who did not have the down payment nor the credit history to qualify? Wasn’t it Barney Frank and Chris Dodd. Who is destroying the dollar by spending America into oblivion? Isn’t the executive and legislative Federal governments who are the epitome of fiscal irresponsibility. Wasn’t it all the State mortgage regulators who rubber stamped all these mortgage time bombs and encouraged people to keep inflating the housing balloon?

 

You see You did not create the mortgage tornado, you didn’t allow AIG to destroy the American economy, you didn’t pay million dollar bonuses to Fannie, Freddie, and Wall Street executives as they destroyed the mortgage and housing business – so why are you and the local banks being punished. If we really want to solver our economic problems let’s prevent  Washington’s meddling in our economy; take legislative control away from the congress and return it to the states; lets eliminate the Federal Reserve and return to constitutional monetary policy; let’s let the big banks fail and if investors are so stupid as to buy toxic mortgages insured by the AIG’s of the world, and with the Federal Reserve’s stamp of approval, then let them go bankrupt just like we do on Mais Street when we make a poor or foolish investment.

 

This new bill rewards all the people who cause the recession and punishes all the taxpayers who bailed them out. Welcome to Washington where right is wrong and wrong is right.

Of course, they are able to fool some of the intelligentsia who want to believe, but those who need to act on the real state of the economy are acting contrary to the Presidents spin.

 

The number one organization responsible for the present economic progress is the Federal Reserve. Chairman Ben Bernanke is acting as if He is scared to death that the President’s economic policies are further damaging the American markets and strangling business recover and job creation. How? The interest rates for banks are effectively at 0%, which is the panic rate that the Fed uses to catch an economy in free fall. The free fall of 2008 and 2009 is continuing, according to Fed policy. If the recovery is strong and vibrant, the wise move would be to raise the interest rates and encourage savings and discourage debt. Instead Bernanke is still frightened that the soft recovery will evaporate when the true impact of the European Social Structure’s massive debt defaults hits; and when the US debt forces the global markets and foreign investors to demand higher interest rates from America because, as we continue down the Obama bankruptcy path, we are becoming an unacceptable risk.

 

The economic sails of the American ship hang limp as we float in the doldrums of massive public debt, hostile government policies, pro-social agenda, and a tax tsunami rushing towards your shore.

THE BEGINNING AND THE END FOR EVERGREEN COLORADO REAL ESTATE

 

Philosophy spends much of it’s time pondering the meaning of things. One of the questions I remember from my philosophy classes is reflecting on the nature of a dilemma. The study actually got to the heart of the question of a dilemma, and that is this: There is no first without a second; there is no up without a down; there is no yes without a no; there is no moral without immoral; there is no right without wrong; and so on. What is the meaning of something when compared to its opposite?

                        

So let’s compare our present day America, and juxtapose the good and the evil. Is taxing away the income of America moral or immoral; does distributing condoms to our kids in grammar school cause sexual promiscuity or not – is promiscuity a good thing or an evil thing; is aborting several million children a year a good thing or an evil thing; should America stand for life or death; is the Federal education system a failure or a success; is the destruction of the family a new American value or is marriage still fundamental to child development; is taxing companies into outsourcing a wise policy or a foolish policy; is it fair for you to pay for your neighbor’s healthcare as well as your own; is the federal government a monumental failure or should we return control to the local citizen and recapture our past glory; is pornography freedom of speech or mental pollution; should the supreme court be above the checks and balances of the American Constitution or should they be elected by we the people; should the courts just whimsically make up the laws of the land or should the representatives of the people legislate the laws; is our moral decay the reason we have not won a war since WWII; is the government’s inflation of our dollar by 100% in the last few decades a good thing or just a  symptom of a greater disease; can God really bless America when we are in a sweat to expel Him from the Nation He created and blessed?

 

I can’t do it for you, you’ll have to decide: is the end of America as we know on the horizon.
