Because they do not pay true odds you will eventually lose everything you have. There is no secret to this just do the math – you have to lose in the long run.

 

The same is true of the economy. If the pool of dollars in any economy remains the same or increase the economy will prosper; but if the local, state, and federal taxes or foreign imports keep draining off the cash in the market then the economy has to decline and everyone in that market will eventually go broke. If the cash is not taxed away each dollar in circulation will be spent 7X each month. That will produce seven times the jobs, seven times the sales taxes, seven time the money to support our schools, seven times the income, seven times the profits, and seven times the cash available to all in that economy.

 

When you send a dollar to Washington, China, Saudi Arabia, or India you stop that dollar from circulating and start the recession in your local market. Every time you buy something in China and they don’t buy something from America the pool of dollars decreases. When you buy a hamburger in McD’s and they buy their beef from Argentina the pool of cash declines, every time you send you money Saudi Arriba for fill up the tank the pool of dollars is reduce until we wind up with a liquidity crisis because all our dollars are some where else.

Why? Oh, why? Are we letting the environmentalists controlling the debate over our future? No matter what energy source we can develop they are against it. Every thing they are for is unrealistic and expensive. They all require the taxpayer to subsidize it whether it is solar, wind, of geothermal. The taxpayer is worn out. In order to subsidize we need to be making enough money to have a surplus and then should only subsidize something that will increase our surplus and benefit all our taxpayers. Notice we are not citizens any more but only tax payers.

 

We need to get our economy geared up for the 21st century. We cannot go back to the early Bush years, those days are gone and the solutions for that economy are past and over. We need new solutions for new times.

 

Let’s build Hydro Electric plants and dig Dams to support them, let’s build nuclear plants, lets develop safer coal, and let’s put all our natural gas and shale oil in production. Let’s outlaw foreign oil and keep our wealth here and our jobs and income here. Letting the environmentalists shut down our economy and

force us to continually buy foreign oil, which ships our wealth to foreign peoples who hate us and want to cut our heads off, has got to stop.

 

The good Lord who gave us solar energy also gave us oil, the good Lord who gave us wind also gave us natural gas so let’s use all our gifts to benefit us all.

The Recession has been declared over by some of the media giants who some how failed to see the Recession coming. The major problem with these economic decrees about the end of the great recession is that they just don’t ring true in our experience. Everyone is melancholy and moping around waiting for the ‘Economy to return.” The problem is, as I see it, is that the old economy will never return.

               

This is what caused the original recession: the world as we knew it has changed and we must change with it. Companies and professional organizations can’t compete with the global economy and continue to pay six figure salaries to their employees. Local employers can’t compete while providing retirement benefits, health benefits, and pay social security, unemployment insurance, and workman’s comp while their employees shop at Wal-Mart, Target, of Costco and send all their consumer dollars to China. Meanwhile the Obama administration refuses to support the oil and gas business so we are sending our oil and gas money to the oil producing countries by the billions weekly. Wealthy individuals and corporations are now hiring CPA firms from India for a fraction of the cost and the CPA’s are more cost efficient because they are beyond the reach of the IRS.

 

NAFTA and GATT force American companies to compete from a disadvantaged position giving our trading partners a vast competitive advantage that we can no longer overcome. Hilary just promised 100 billion dollars a year to support world wide global warming self interest groups while at the same time the news is reporting that all the science from NASA was made up and that not only is there no global warming but the world is starting a cooling trend and the world ice pack has increased in western artic and ant artic by 140,000 square miles in the last ten years. We can’t afford all this foolishness any longer.

The headline in the Denver Business Journal is Colorado foreclosures up slightly in November as if only a slight increase is good news! Colorado has the 11th highest foreclosure rate in the country even though our unemployment is one of the lowest in the nation. And what do you think your government bureaucrats and politicians, both democrat and republican, want to do to solve this problem. Yes, you guessed it, raise your taxes!

 

The counties are trying to kill the Gallagher Amendment and increase you property taxes by 40%, the state governor and legislature want to eliminate the Tax Payers Bill of Rights, and The Federal Congressmen and Senators are passing Cap and Trade and Health Care which will further push America into Global Bankruptcy and increase the devaluing of the dollar.

 

The problem with all the supposed solutions of all the local, state, and federal governments is that they only have pretend solutions. The government produces nothing. Every dollar they spend must be taken from the employed and productive segment of our society. They are a parasite on all you working productive taxpayers so every solution they have just weigh down the economy and depress the productive workers.

 

If you are working at all, if you have a business, if you are a professional, if you own an asset like a home or stock and bond investments your Uncle Sam MUST take all or part of what you have to pay for all their pretend solutions. It can be no other way. The government produces no money of its own all it can do is to tax it away from you, borrow it in your name, or print the dollar into hyperinflation. Run the numbers. All the corporations in the US, all the “rich people” can’t pay for health care. You are not going to get free health care, you are going to provide free health care for somebody else – it’s just a matter of fact.

The tax and spenders are at it again trying to start the process of raising your Real Estate Taxes with out limit by killing the Gallagher Amendment. According to the “Gallagher Amendment the portion of residential property that is subject to taxation, referred to as the “assessed value,” declines when residential property values statewide grow faster than nonresidential properties. That means that when home values grow faster than business values, homeowners pay proportionately less, according to the Colorado Department of Treasury” (Coloradoran.com December 10th).

 

Because they build some houses in your neighborhood the county can’t pork it up and raise your taxes. They will still receive a large increase in tax when the new homes come on line but they can’t raise everybody’s taxes just for fun. This amendment would have raised homeowner’s taxes by many billions of dollars and even more families would have been foreclosed upon. Rents would also skyrocket as the bureaucrats help themselves to your wallet again.

 

Of course, its the bureaucrats who are pushing hard to extract more of your cash. If the Gallagher Amendment goes down your house payment and rent will go up about 30 to 40 %. They will tell you it is to create jobs! Please note, the government never creates any real jobs only businesses do. Colorado’s unemployment is one of the lowest in the country. More taxes, like they have in New York, California, and Massachusetts will only give us the hyper unemployment they have cultivated in those states.

CHERISH OUR FREEDOM IN EVERGREEN COLORADO REAL ESTATE

 

As we listen to the news and radio talk shows, it seems that with each passing day we lose more and more of our freedom.  More and more of those values and morals that our Founding Fathers intended for this nation are disappearing. 

 

We are, or were, a nation founded on Christian principles and values, but these days there seems to be an all out assault on God. Our religious symbols that have been an entrenched part of this Republic are disappearing and, “We the People” are letting them do it.

 

My father fought in World War II, as did many other fathers, husbands and brothers, for these freedoms, (the freedom of speech, the right to bear arms, freedom to worship without interference from government, the right to life for all people no matter how small) that we now take so little care of.  Many of our young soldiers today continue to fight around the world for these same freedoms and to keep us safe.

 

I want my freedom!  I want the right to speak out against legislation that I know is harmful to this country and to stop it; I want the right to worship as I please and to have my Christian symbols not be taken down because it offends one person; I want the right to have a gun, if I so choose to protect myself, I want to protect the sanctity of life for everyone, born and unborn.  Freedom comes at a price, it is not free, we have to fight everyday to keep our freedom alive, if we sit back and do nothing it will disappear and so will we.

 

Our country is going through some perilous times and “We The People”  need to speak out as we have never spoken out before without fear of backlash and put our faith and trust in the One who created us for He will heal our land if we humble ourselves and pray and ask for His forgiveness. 

 

I cherish each day as I wake up in a country that was bought at price some 200 years ago.  I thank God for allowing me to be born and to live in such a free country.  “We The People” must protect and cherish our freedom or we will lose it. 

 

I pray the tide is turning and that “We the People” are starting to take our country back to what our Founding Fathers had wanted for us. It will be a difficult fight, but with God’s help we can do it.
