Every time you buy something in China and they don’t buy something from America the pool of dollars decreases. When you buy a hamburger in McD’s and they buy their beef from Argentina the pool of cash declines, every time you send you money Saudi Arriba for fill up the tank the pool of dollars is reduce until we wind up with a liquidity crisis because all our dollars are some where else.
