US are announcing bad omens for the future of American prosperity. Meanwhile, The union uproar in Wisconsin and the imminent raising of the debt limit in Washington demonstrated that America still hans’t gotten the news. America is crumbling from within. Our entire country has been mismanaged and sold out for 40 years by incompetent and non sensical politicians and bureaucrats. Today it’s time to consolidate our economic and political base and reestablish US industry and independence at home.

If we remain dependent on foreign oil, foreign manufacturing, foreign engineering, foreign software design and application, foreign shipping, foreign professionals, etc. then when the world overflows with revolution or extreme jingoism we will be at the mercy of our enemies; and let’s make no mistake about the fact that Islam, China, Russia, and most of South America are our enemies.

Every day that passes by we become more addicted to foreign manufacture and supplies. America is lying in the nursing home of history, dying a slow death: our productive years are over and we are living on international medicare, destitute and waiting to die. It is amazing to me, all the controversy over the shootings in Tucson when Congresswomen Gabby Gifford was gunned down by Jared Lee Loughner. The left in America is saturating the press with incoherent rantings about the hateful speech that inspires people like Loughner to kill others. Let’s take a common sense look at why our society is gravitating to wanton violence.

Congresswomen Gifford was an avid abortionist. She is part of the national conspiracy that has killed over 70 million children in America since the Roe vs.Wade decision usurped and overturned the pro-life laws in all 50 states. The children Gifford supports killing had eyes just like the young girl Christine Green, shot in the Arizona shooting. The aborted victims of Gifford and her major supporter Planned Parenthood had perfectly formed hearts; they had beautiful faces; the aborted were both male and female children; they were black and white; many were partial birth victims whose precious skulls were crushed and their brains were sucked out.

Our young children, who know intuitively that killing innocent children is wrong, are intellectually forced into accepting a lie. This mind disturbing contradiction between the beauty of the life of Christine Green and the hateful vicious murder of the unborn, as born, and recently born that is foisted on the innocent minds of our young is tearing apart all their natural goodness and polluting their intellects in the cesspool of the culture of death-Gifford so willing espoused. When we pretend we are a good people, that every person is given the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness by our creator God; and then we slaughter the innocent with a smile on our faces: our children’s minds are confused and their psyche is ripped apart by the blatant hypocrisy. No mind is able to reconcile such a mind disturbing contradiction.

Rush Limbaugh was accused of irresponsible rhetoric by the democratic pro abortion Tucson Sheriff Clarence Duping in the killing last weekend? Rush Limbaugh is pro-life, it is the Sheriff and the congresswomen who espoused the culture of death. What a horrible message to send to the children who survived the Planned Parenthood clinics of this “guilty” nation. Our young people are falling victim to the culture of death that is spreading like wildfire across this formally just nation; we have evolved into a vile nation who sacrifices its children on the pagan altar of promiscuity. Gifford was committed to killing the fruits of our bodies to cover the sins of our souls. She has reaped what she has sown: and so will America.

China has captured the global markets and is now the new economic, political, and military super power in the world. They have appropriated American capitalism and have conquered us with our own might. They have roped the American dope and turned our own capitalism against us; and we are reeling from the knock out punches of the Chinese Dragon. If we don’t return to our capitalistic roots we will collapse.

In America, contract law is sacred because if people and business can’t enforce a contract then the risk of doing business increases and prices will soar. For congress to whimsically fix this problem would start a wildfire of law suits, burn down 400 years of Real Estate and trust law, and create devastating precedent that would undermine the Uniform Commercial Code.

The Real problem is the Big Banks, in their greedy lust to sell mortgage derivatives, broke the chain of title for the real estate mortgages they hold. Real Estate requires “specific performance” which means everything must be in writing. By slicing and dicing all their mortgage backed securities so that they could sell them in thousands of small denomination bonds, the big banks took title in the name of a dummy digital holding company called MERS (Mortgage Electronic Registration System) which is “bankrupt remote,” meaning MERS could hold title to nothing and has no assets or income itself therefore owes no income taxes.

But since MERS owns nothing and has no assets how can it assign or foreclose on assets it doesn’t own? The banks now need to track down every one dollar or million dollar investor and show the chain of ownership from the money invested right on through to the present time. The money invested may have come from thousands of 401(k)s; and if the title is under MERS the chain of title is already hopelessly broken, legally, and Humpty Dumpty can’t be put back together.

The result is a legal conundrum with no realistic solution short of another big bank bailout by congress or bankruptcy court for the Big Banks. Many experts don’t even think a congressional fix is possible because any judge worth his or her salt would immediately strike the law down. If the law stands then all state and federal real estate, contract, and trust laws are subject to the same nullification. This precedent would send shock waves through the business communities and chase corporations and investors out of America because the rule of law is no longer enforced in the US courts.

OPINION AND NOT CONSTITUTION LAW HAS SEIZED THE COLORADO SUPREME COURT AND USURPED THE RIGHTS OF EVERGREEN COLORADO REAL ESTATE CITIZENS

Three of the justices on the Colorado Supreme Court are up for retention this year. They are Bender, Martinez, and Rice and all three have shown an arrogant distain for the Colorado Citizens whom they work for. Not one of the three has up held the State Constitution that they swore to uphold. Like the Supreme Court in Washington, the State Constitution is no longer the standard for court rulings but personal opinion has usurped the sacred tradition of enforcing the constitution of the people.

It’s time the electors of Colorado changed Article VI Section 8 of the State Constitution and allowed any citizen of the state to hold the office of Supreme court justices. As it stands today only lawyers who have been licensed in the state for five years are eligible to serve as justices; but the legal profession has shown themselves intellectually and emotionally ill equipped to render decisions that are faithful and true to the will of the people of Colorado and their honored Constitution.

The peoples constitution institutes the fundamental law of the State and forms the basic principles that “we the people” have established as our legal code to live by. It regulates how each division of government is to be limited by each other branch so that our rights and property are protected. A supreme court system that is composed of lawyers is no longer able to provide these safeguard, nor are they able to comprehend the inherent and inviolable sacred rights enthroned in our Constitution. A judge must be able to extrapolate the natural and spiritual God give human rights codified in our founding document.

A justice must further comprehend the obvious fact that there is a way to change the Constitution and that procedure is defined in the Constitution itself. Some ideologue sitting on the bench just whimsically and fancifully changing our ruling document is NOT the way the State Constitution is to be legally changed. This problem is further elucidated by the terrible consequences Colorado has suffered by allowing political hacks with law degrees to capriciously violate our time honored social contract with our fellow citizens.

If any citizen with a high school degree can’t read the State Constitution and know what their rights and responsibilities are: Then we have no Constitutional rights anymore.

GEITHNER SAYS GEE-WHIZ AS HE GETS AN EDUCATION FROM THE CHINESE AT THE G-20 WHILE REPRESENTING EVERGREEN COLORADO REAL ESTATE

The recent G-20 summit of the twenty largest industrial nations ended with the international cadre falling into the sway of the Chinese as they took the first step towards an international currency. The group decided to begin   wrenching control of the IMF (International Monetary Fund) from the declining debtor nations like the US and move the power to the new dynamos like China, Turkey, and Brazil.

The Chinese are moving the will of the IMF towards a new currency so that the huge deficits that the former industrials countries are addicted to can not, and will not be paid back in inflated currencies. In other words, when the Obama administration deflates the dollar, as they have been doing, then the US will be required to exchange their empty dollars with IMF money at an established value and then use IMF currency to pay the American deficit. This will protect the Chinese and the creditor nations from being paid off with devalued dollars.

Geithner, who went to the summit to convince those nations with large trade surpluses to voluntarily move to lower America’s huge trade imbalance, was out flanked by the wily Chinese and wound up losing control of the IMF and the international currency restructuring. Now, it appears that the practice of paying international debt with dollars that have lost their buying power to inflation, will not be tolerated in the near future.

The US will be responsible to pay the debt with interest and with the inflation factor calculated into the new IMF currency exchange. The Chinese, who are buying our debt with secretly printed money, are stealing American’s future from right under the nose of the US treasury and Federal Reserve. The are beating Bernanke at his own game and conquering America by printing their way into victory.

While complaining that the US Fed is printing too much money they are buying American debt for free by printing the money to invest in US debt; and now demanding to be paid in IMF gold valued currency. Golly! and Gee-whiz! Ah Shucks Tim Geithner maybe next time we should send an international financier to the G-20 negotiations; and maybe we should stop spending ourselves into third world status.
