This whole health care issue centers around the issue that not everyone in America, be they legal or illegal, do not have health care insurance. The government’s attitude is that it costs those who do more money for health care because those who do not have it are given health care for free at the emergency clinics. Now the government decided to punish every citizen in America whether they have health insurance or not. What ever happened to we the people instead of we the government. And when does it ever stop.

 

For two centuries charitable institutions provided free health care for those in need and raised the money from the private sector. The care and the cost were easily manageable – until the government got involved. We donate to the Denver Rescue Mission and they still provide medical services to individuals and families who need it. Now we are sovietizing health care, what’s next? Will the American Union of Soviet Social States complete the takeover of the auto industry, will they complete the take over of the banking industry, will the continue to demand the completed control of our school curriculum, Will the Federal Reserve continue to create money to cover wanton and irresponsible spending. If we continue down this road we will soon lose all our freedoms to we the government.

LEASE PURCHASE AND EVERGREEN COLORADO REAL ESTATE

 

Many builders and sellers are offering a Lease Purchase option for their homes. If the seller wants to shift all the responsibilities of home ownership to another because they are cash starved or must move for job or personal reasons, a Lease Purchase can be beneficial to both buyer and seller.

 

The buyers will set the purchase price for the home in a depressed market. Usually the buyers do not have the cash for a down payment so they can arrange for a monthly contribution towards the down payment. The buyers have a nice home to live in and are in the process of solving some of the most difficult problems for young couples when getting started in life; no cash for a down payment, poor or non existent credit, or high debt load from student loans.
