CASH TRULY IS KING FOR EVERGREEN COLORADO REAL ESTATE

 

Before any economy can prosper, before a vigorous job market can flourish, before home prices can stabilize, before there is any investment capital, and before there can be any peace of mind in the stability of our income there needs to be a surplus of cash money in the local economy.

 

The problem with today’s Colorado Economy is that all the cash is leaving the local community and ultimately leaving the State. When governor Ritter take huge amounts of cash away from Jefferson County, or Durango, or Grand Junction there is less money for those communities to prosper. When the State drains off massive amounts of cash and sends it to Denver your community suffers severely.

 

The same is true when the Federal Government takes all the available cash in the form of taxes and Government borrowing – there is no cash left for you to prosper. When we send most of our consumer dollars to Wal-Mart in Arkansas, or our banking dollars to Banks headquartered in New York or France, or we send our energy dollars to Seattle Washington, or our 401k money to Wall Street, or our pension money to some fund on the East or West Coast then there is hardly any money left for Colorado to prosper.

 

Think about it, with no cash you are broke. Today by all accounts the State of Colorado is Broke. If we don’t elect people who understand the basics then we deserve to suffer the consequences.

AMERICAN BANKING SYSTEM IS A MISERABLE FAILURE FOR REAL ESTATE EVERGREEN COLORADO

If we learned anything from our current recession it is that our banking system is a miserable failure. Our Founding Fathers realized that only the government should have the right to coin money, but our inept politicians have delegated that solemn right to the private bankers. Private bankers are beholden to themselves and their stockholders and are not concerned with the public welfare in the slightest.

The present paradigm is constructed on the foundation of a Federal Reserve System that is owned by private banking interests. The private banking monolith is refusing to make business loans. Providing liquidity to the private sector was the major reason that was sited for bailing out all the failing banks. In most instances I am in favor of privatizing government goods and services. Any function that is not legitimately a government function like health care, retirement investing, housing, and energy should be handled by the private sector. But creating the nations money is clearly a government responsibility and should not be given to private industry.

 

The Federal Reserve banking system has been an abject failure and we the people must take back the right to create money from the private bankers. REGULATION NO LONGER EFFECTIVE

 

One of the important results of the Stock Market melt down last year is the realization that all the massive amounts of rules and regulations that the Federal Treasury and the Federal Reserve are responsible to enforce are being ignored. People on both sides, both the government regulators and the private sector, are just ignoring the laws and doing whatever they like.

 

The regulatory laws have become so massive that, like the IRS code, nobody can comprehend the chaotic monstrosity. Laws have been piled upon laws with no rhyme or reason, no consistent logical connective, and as a result no consistent enforcement is possible. The reason that Wall Street is out of control is because the Federal Reserve and the Treasury have lost control of the process and given up protecting the American people. And what is our elected representative’s solution; you guessed it, more massive regulation?

 

Nobody is cataloging the regulations and streamlining them so that they are easily and consistently enforced. The Regulatory agencies have themselves become a monolithic entity and are only interest in protesting their turf. They are only interested in larger salaries, no accountability, sterling benefit packages, and unrealistic retirements.

 

Its time we as citizens understood that the government is an entity of itself, by itself, and for itself and has become our adversary and not our friend.
