Home prices in Colorado continued to fall according to the Federal Housing and Finance Agency’s home price report. One of the hardest hit was the Grand Junction and Mesa County area. The Mesa County area has been hard hit by the devastating regulation of the Ritter and Obama administrations. Many oil and gas drilling companies have left the state for Utah, Wyoming, New Mexico, and Texas where drilling is still a thriving business.
Obama has announced that he is flip-flopping on oil drilling and espousing the McCain platform but unfortunately much damage has already been done. Many Grand Junction families have lost their homes and gone bankrupt because of the silly and foolish regulations. The Gulf of Mexico is full of oil drilling rigs but when Katrina hit the gulf coast there was not one incident of environmental damage anywhere.
Now the damage is done and the government bureaucracy has severely hurt the hard working citizens of this great state. Wake up America it is time to start to dismantle 90% of our government and let the American workers free.
