THE RISE OF ANARCHY FOR EVERGREEN COLORADO REAL ESTATE
Any cursory reading of the Constitution of the United States of America will easily show that the country we live in is not governed by the Constitution any longer. We have dismissed this most sacred document as the Supreme Law of the land. The Federal government bears no resemblance to the government instituted by our founding Fathers.
The constitution mandates small limited government; the Federal executive and congressional duties are very few and are carefully enumerated so that there would be no mistake; most of the power was reserved for the people and the states; and the constitution, the supreme court, and the lower courts, established by the legislature, were to have jurisdiction but not tyrannical powers to whimsically change the literal meaning of the constitution and the legislated laws of the United States.
Since we no longer have a controlling Supreme constitution, America has slipped into Federal anarchy. Anarchy is defined as a state of disorder due to the nonrecognition of authority. The Federal government no longer recognizes “we the people” as the vested sovereign power in America; nor does it feel any obligation to obey or enforce the Constitution that protects the freedoms and liberty of the citizens. The politicians and bureaucrats have effectively perpetrated a coup d’etat against the American people and their Constitution.
Since that time the bureaucracy has rushed, with a greedy lust, to solidify their power and wealth by subverting the American Constitution with monstrous debt, immoral taxes, infanticide, un-Constitutional wars, run away federal departments, counterfeiting dollars, and replacing the capitalistic economy, that has served America so well, with a monetary system of economic debasement.
Today “we the people” can no longer defend our rights by appealing to the Constitution. If you can’t read the Constitution with a high school education and fully understand its meaning; then you have no rights. The legal industry and the government courts have rewritten the Constitution with arcane rulings that pervert and prostitute the obvious original meaning and intent when reading the Constitution according to the English vernacular spoken by “we the people.”
The result: today we have federal anarchy in Washington. The government, and the bureaucracy are completely out of control. Consequently, our lives are dominated by Federal bureaucrats, our jobs are bleeding away, our assets are being confiscated by taxes, debt, and inflation; and our freedoms are gone.
There is still time to take back our Constitution before our liberties are forever lost. There is still time to dismantle the Federal oligarchy and close Washington down before we implode. There is still time to revolutionize America by returning to the wisdom of our Founding Fathers. America is falling, is falling, is falling: what will YOU do about it?
