Now an IPO has a circus atmosphere surrounding it and everyone is speculating on the windfall profits from a quick sale instead of maximizing the cash the company needs to create a new viable enterprise.

Most of the new republican candidates running for office this November keep spouting the Reagan party line of lower taxes and smaller government to turn around the moribund Obama democratic economy. The Federal Reserve and economic community recognize that the systemic unemployment is approaching 18% not counting underemployed, part timers, and much lower salaries and benefits. Just lowering taxes is not the solution to our problems today.

We need to increase productivity to compensate for cheaper foreign labor; we need to stop the outsourcing of all jobs and especially our middle and higher paying jobs; we need to enliven the state economies by eliminating sending all our cash to Washington; we need much smaller government so we need to downsize Washington by 80% or more; we need to keep investments dollars here in Colorado and stop sending all our capital to Wall street; we need to recognize that Washington has failed at everything they do so we need to fire them and bring government back home to the state and local level; we need to eliminate the Federal reserve that has caused every economic crisis in the US since 1914; we need for the government to print and coin our money not the private Federal Reserve which is owned by the “too big to Fail Banks;” we need to balance out trade deficit; we need to become energy independent using ALL our resources both new and old to keep our jobs and our cash here in the US of A; we need to start teaching our children again not just baby sit them in government schools where almost half graduate high school with reading skills below the fourth grade level, we need to start winning battles and wars or else get out of world conflicts and just vehemently defend ourselves and our interests with quick and violent reprisals for anyone who attacks us, our allies, or our interests; we need to have a fair exchange rate with every global currency especially the Chinese Yuan, we need congress to get control of the court system and governors need to defy the supreme court when they over step their constitutional authority, We need to return to the God of our Founding Fathers and pray that He returns to us.

Reagan’s greatness was not some hard and fast lower tax bromide that would cure every economic woe. Ronald Reagan saw the problems, analyzed the problem and solved the problems as they existed – today we need to do the same. Mr. and Mrs. Republican must learn that yesterday’s solutions were for yesterday’s problems and today’s problems need solutions for today. Some of Reaganomics will still work but it’s a new game with new challenges. It’s time to reject candidates who don’t have critical thinking skills, fire in their bone’s and passion for curing today’s disease.

THE GOSPEL OF THE CONSTITUTION WON’T BRING ANY CHANGES TO AMERICA OR THOSE ON EVERGREEN COLORADO REAL ESTATE

All the Republican talk show hosts on TV and Radio are drooling over the prospects of a Republican landslide in November. If only the Republicans and or the Conservatives could get control of the House and the Senate then we would return to the Constitution of our Founding Fathers and Mothers; and life in the US would return to normal! We, as a nation would all be born-again constitutionalists and government from the local, to the state, to Washington DC would again be controlled by “We the People” instead of the political hacks and the incompetent bureaucrats.

I do think that the Republicans will win big in November but little if anything will change. The national fever is over the re-establishment of a constitutional gospel that supposedly created America the Great. What we don’t hear is that this country was Fathered by our Creator God, as outlined in the Preamble to the Declaration of Independence, and all our freedoms flow from the DNA of the biblical Jehovah God of our Founding Fathers. He it is who endowed us with inalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. If we honor God, if we trust in God then God himself will cherish and protect America and the freedom he has decreed; but if we treat him as a vial curse; if we reject him and his gospel of love; if honoring, respecting, and praying to Him in our national discourse is outlawed, if our soldiers can no longer pray in His son’s name on the battle field; if we allow abominations like abortion where we kill the child created in His image and likeness and alienate that child’s right to life; if the sacred union between a loving man and women are allowed to become sexual perversion and advertising titillation for every TV, radio, internet, and print media; if our school age children are pressured to become the school gigolo or prostitute by the administration, curriculum, and our culture; if our courts are allowed to pervert the American moral conscience and strike down everything we cherish in this land; if our colleges and universities corrupt our history and pollute the students morals – then God will judge the United States of America and the republicans or democrats who manage it.

God will not be mocked, we will reap what we sow. If we as republicans or democrats put our faith in the gospel of the constitution instead of the gospel of God then America the Beautiful will continue it’s rapid decline as we worship the paper god of the constitution instead of the Creator God who endowed us with self evident truths and God given rights.

It is becoming clearer and clearer by the day that both the Federal and State governments are broke. The irresponsible and wanton spending of the American governments has driven the American people into bankruptcy. Corporations, businesses, and American individuals are at the tax saturation point and the revenue well has gone dry.

                          

The senior’s Medicare program and Social Security benefits, which is funded mainly by a payroll tax, is in deep trouble because the number of taxpayers per baby boomer senior will no longer be able to fund the huge number of participating enrollees. The 20, 30, 40, and even 50 something generation has reached the point of critical mass where the salaries are no longer able to support them and the seniors as well. Furthermore, congress has never established a lock-box for the SSI and Medicare funds so the money you paid in will need to be paid twice: once when we tax your income and then again to pay off the IOU’s that congress and the president gave us when they stole the money and spent your retirement and health care on pork barrel projects and big bank bailouts.

 

It’s time that every sane person realizes that if we don’t seriously cut federal and state government bureaucracy by 80% or so and get control of the republican and democratic politicians, then you will need to fund your own retirement. Social Security and Medicare is already bankrupt because any surplus is already spent – there is nothing there except the federal and state government’s promises to pay. If you need $40,000 to live during your retirement years then you will need $2,000,000 in tax free interest cash to support yourself at today’s interest rates. Please, don’t forget that if your 2 million is in a 401k your will be taxed double because a 401k is tax deferred and not tax free. In you senior years you will need to pay your deferred tax on you principal 401k amount and additional taxes on any interest, dividend, or stock sale. Wake up America your politicians and bureaucrats have squandered you Social Security inheritance and if you are relying on SSI and Medicare – you too are bankrupt.

Wind power is not transportable without an entirely new power grid that uses copper or gold wires and not the traditional aluminum; it is undependable, relying on the amount of wind for any given day; it is highly inefficient since many wind mills will not turn even in a stiff wind if they are not situated perfectly into the prevailing wind for any given day; they are a horrible eye sore and considered by most visual pollution; when the subsidies run out and the wind farm goes broke it costs large amounts of money to remove the windmills; they are an environmental disaster killing migratory and raptor birds by the hundreds; and the constant droning sound of a space shuttle size washing machine is driving neighbors batty.

 

Solar is also a huge net loser in the real world. Solar panels are a tremendous eye sore as thy protrude out of the roof tops of otherwise attractive homes; the costs are astronomical and can only be considered a luxury for the government and the wealthy because financially they are a net loser over conventional energy; most of the manufacturing jobs are going to China who is developing the technology – American companies can’t afford the costs; Solar is popular in France and Germany because they are being held hostage by Russia for their gas and oil, not having developed energy independence – in fact Russia turned off the gas to Germany and France two years ago, and is threatening the Ukraine’s supply to demonstrate their power over the western European countries; Solar panels only last about 10 years before major repairs are required and 25 years before they need to be replaced – not enough time to capture the original costs through energy savings.

 

Meanwhile, the entire world, except America, is going nuclear. France, not the US, is the dominate provider as the US government again abdicates new technologies, new business, and new jobs to foreign countries. America could also supply all its electric need with Hydro-electric power and solve the energy problem, the jobs problem, the costs problem, and the environment problem: but that makes to much sense for American politicians and bureaucrats. Wake up America; if you don’t get involved and study up on the real solutions your Uncle Sam will continue to bleed your income dry with foreign oil and taxes.

This policy of legislating Stimulus bills not only doesn’t produce economic recovery and job creation, but it actually detracts from the ability of the private profitable sector, because the onerous tax and debt burden sucks the life out of private business.
