SIFTING THROUGH THE EVIDENCE FOR EVERGREEN COLORADO REAL ESTATE ECONOMY

No critical thinking and no discernment seems to be the obvious outcome of the American intellectual community. I hear professor after professor, and PHD after PHD on TV who doesn’t seem to have a clue what’s happening to the American economy. The evidence is clear and compelling; the US economy is being relocated to foreign shores. That is the reason joblessness is increasing, tax revenues are down, and demand is low.

Wisconsin is bankrupt not only because their foolish politicians spent them into bankruptcy but also because the economic tax base has been lost. The American government is also losing current revenues streams and future revenues as America loses the Free Trade competition to foreign markets.

When we lose manufacturing like the garment industry, the furniture industry, the electronics industry, the computer industry, the automobile manufacturing, or oil rig and oil drilling manufacturing consider what else we also lose. We lose all the commercial  and Industrial real estate, all the advertising, all the software application and design, all the insurances, all the packaging, all the legal work, all the housing for the employees, all the shipping, all the tax revenues from sales tax, to state and Federal income taxes and payroll taxes, all the company and employee car sales, all the food sale, all the backend business services, all the restaurant meals, all the consumer products produced by local businesses, and the list goes on and on.

The problem increases exponentially when just one industry relocates to another country. So when we see our deficit exploding it’s because we don’t generate new revenues to cover the costs; when we see increasing joblessness it’s because we have sent our jobs elsewhere and we have more people competing for fewer jobs; when we see social security revenues down it’s because high and low paying jobs have been exported, when we see local school districts and municipalities bankrupt it’s because real estate values have been devastated, again because demand is low and the economy anemic.

Now that people are hurting the only solution that our intelligencia can come up with is more taxes, more regulation, more user fees, more environmental madness, and more of the same policies that caused the problem originally. Now the oil producing countries are in melt down mode, and the American families will be hit with an additional hundred or two hundred dollar bill for gas and oil-while we let American oil reserves sit untapped. American oil drillers are moving their off shore rigs away form the Obama moratorium to the African coast where they can be productive. If America doesn’t wise up America will continue to decline. Wake up America, if you continue to vote for the same old politicians and listen to the same old dimwitted experts, you will continue to get the same old result.

President Calvin Coolidge said that, “the business of America is business.” When Coolidge took office he inherited the insane policies of Woodrow Wilson who destroyed the American economy with his progressive agenda. Wilson established the Federal Reserve who was already driving the economy into the dung hill and businesses were choked with foolish taxes and regulations; putting hard working Americans out of work and destroying the prosperity of the US. Coolidge realized that every American from the bottom to the top were stock holders in the American Economy, and all were dependent for their daily bread on the fortunes of the American economy.

We all like to demonize big business and wallow in the mud of class warfare, but we are learning the hard lessons that Coolidge taught us. When businesses and wealthy people lose market share, or are clobbered by taxes and silly regulations they lay workers off, cut back, or outsource to more productive and friendly foreign economies.

Today, the American governments from the local county to the Federal government have driven the American stock holders into bankruptcy. Make no mistake, no rich corporation or wealthy man or women is going to pay off the trillions upon trillions of dollars that you owe. You will pay it, your children, and your grandchildren will pay it. You will pay it in higher real estate taxes, sales taxes, tolls, phone charges, hidden subsidies, lower wages, unemployment, outsourced jobs, higher costs for education, high food prices, astronomical energy prices, falling home prices, over speculated stocks, artificially low interest rates, government induced inflation, longer working hours, and bankrupt private and public pensions. Yes! You own the debt, and you will pay.

GOD BLESS AMERICA AND EVERGREEN COLORADO REAL ESTATE

What is it that made America Great? Was it the colonists who eked out a living along the rugged Atlantic coast; other country have coast lines. Was it the rivers where the cities and towns grew up and commerce thrived; other countries have rivers. Was it the multicultural heritage that many of the immigrants to the colonies shared; other countries have a similar background. Was it the rugged pioneers who crossed the Appalachian Mountains and flowed over into the rich American plains; other countries have rich bread baskets of fertile plains; Was it the Mountain men who opened up the Rocky Mountains and the Pacific west; other countries have Pacific coast mountains and shores. So what did make America Great?

How did our parents and grandparents without much money turn the rivers into highways, the coast into shipping and whaling ports, the rugged hillside into ranches and orchards, the valleys into farms and towns, the prairie into boundless oceans of wheat and corn, the mountains into rich gold and silver mines, and the Pacific coast into the Garden of Eden?

Now all these accomplishments were the result not the cause. The cause was America’s faith in the God of our Fathers. The creator that endowed us with life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob that our founding Mothers and Fathers honored and worshiped. Every child has only one mother and father, and all of creation has only one creator God. Like parents who reject and practice tough love on a rebellious child so God is bringing America to it’s knees in hopes that we will return to Him.

But even the patience of God is limited and soon He will totally reject this country and the US will collapse. If we continue killing millions of children every year, continue to move to end traditional marriage established by God, continue to incubate a culture of adultery and fornication in our schools and universities, and continue to scoff at God’s laws then He will reject us because we have rejected Him. His laws are not unreasonable; we all pretend to keep them now. We all agree that they are right and just. We all agree that we should love our neighbor as ourselves. We all agree that if we loved our neighbor we would fulfill God’s law: but we don’t, we only love ourselves. May God Bless America, nevertheless may God judge America righteously.

In finance there is a rule called the rule of 69 which states that in order to find out how long it will take for your investment to double just divide 69 by the interest rate. For example, if you invest your money at 6% and receive compounded interest then we take 69/6 =11.5: your principal will double in eleven and a half years.

Now if we look at the federal debt, how long does it take to double? The ten year T-bill rate is 4.24%. So 60/4.24=16.27 or the 14.7 trillion dollar deficit will double in 16 years to 29.4 trillion (14.7X2=29.2); and the 29.4 trillion will double again in the next 16 years to 58.8 trillion dollars.

No right minded man or women expects the interest rates to remain low; in fact they have risen sharply in the last three months despite Fed Chairman Bernanke and his printing press. If the rates rise to the traditional level which is actual inflation plus 3% the, rates today would be about 13%. At 13% the debt will double every 5.3 years. Remember the t-bill rates are historically much high than today with the average for the last 50 years being about 6%. At 6% the debt will double every 11.5 years.

The congressional budget office estimates that the total federal debt is actually 73 trillion in on budget and off budget deficits. Tell me how can America survive when their 73 trillion dollar debt doubles every 11.5 years? Also keep in mind that the Congress and the Senate have never paid off principal, they only pay the interest, so the debt never goes down. I thought you might want to know your financial condition.

The American government is doubling down in an all out effort to annihilate this beautiful land. It’s just a matter of fact.
