LIFE AND DEATH OF FREEDOM FOR EVERGREEN COLORADO REAL ESTATE

Whenever and wherever you look throughout history the evidence is overwhelming; the demand for freedom and liberty begins with economic prosperity. The America colonies were prosperous and rebelled from the British over taxes and economic freedom. The British Empire didn’t really fall but morphed into the British Commonwealth mainly because of the dream of prosperity the U.K. brought to its colonies, and protectorates. When the people got a taste of the good life that capitalism spawned they wanted it for themselves and their children.

Today we are seeing the so called “Arab Spring” throughout the Mediterranean and North Africa. Careful examination shows that much of the revolution is over food, jobs, and opportunity. The Muslim Brotherhood understands this and is capitalizing on the discontent of the people. When the Arab people see the prosperity and wealth created by the oil reserves, and the prosperity enjoyed by other nations, they reject the forced poverty and deprivation that the dictators and monarchies in the Arab world are perpetrating on them.

The same restlessness of poverty was seen in China. Communists socialism was failing and the government allowed capitalism to be introduced into their society. When the Chinese saw the benefits of capitalism they forced the Chinese Communists to espouse the market economy of the western world and now that they are prosperous they are pushing for more freedoms. Scan through any history book and you will find that economic freedom was the catalyst that began the long road to political freedom.

Now we are discovering that the opposite is also true. As a people move from prosperity to opulence they are willing to bargain away their freedoms for political entitlements. They become frightened of the perceived insecurity of the free market and start to tax away the labor and wealth of those more prosperous then themselves. Stated differently society progresses from poverty and tyranny, to solvency, to prosperity, to wealth, to insecurity, to entitlements, to national bankruptcy, and back to poverty. The political parallel is from poverty, to solvency, to economic freedom, to prosperity, to wealth, to progressivism, to socialism, to monetarism, to bankruptcy, and back to poverty and tyranny.

America is now on the verge of national bankruptcy and poverty. All the national candidates are committed to the continual, sustained, inevitable progress towards national bankruptcy and collapse. Europe is a few steps ahead of the U.S. yet we have no eyes to see our unavoidable demise, nor ears to hear the voice of prophesy declaring the inexorable truth of financial destruction. Ron Paul and the constitutionalists have repeatedly warned us that the end is near; we all know we can’t sustain ourselves much longer; the burden of over 170 trillion dollars of on-budget and off-budget debt is devastatingly catastrophic; we know we have doomed our children and grand children to debt enslavement; but the big government politicians still march on blindly to the tune of more spending and more printed money.

The election right was to keep the fires of freedom burning hot; but now elections serve to marginalize the constitution and progress towards the final end.

It’s time to return to good old fashioned American ingenuity and thriftiness, and use what resources you have left to protect yourself and your financial future from the government. WHERE IS THE TIPPING POINT FOR EVERGREEN COLORADO REAL ESTATE INVESTORS

The president of the European Central Bank Mario Draghi has torn a page out of Fed Chairman Bernanke’s book and promised the cut interest rates and give the European banks all the cash they want. The printing presses are running in overdrive printing up paper fiat money in an all out effort to monetize Europe’s crushing debt.

By lowering interest rates Draghi has doomed the European economies to price fixing the cost of money, and thereby price fixing every area of life that uses capital. Money is a commodity like any other in the economy and its price, or interest rate, needs to be set by market factors. When the European interest rates are artificially lowered to accommodate wanton government spending and idiotic government deficits, they are sending Europe down the road to collapse not prosperity.

Manipulating the money supply and the money rates creates a false economy based on a false premise, the low cost of money; capital is then allocated to ventures that could not survive in the real market place. In this case, the money is invested in government waste and fraud, so the real problem, government failure, can’t be addressed and so it continues down the road to ultimate financial collapse.

Where is that tipping point where the Euro, or in our case the dollar, finally tip over and self destroys? How much worthless cash can the central banks churn out before the currency becomes valueless? How much government incompetence can a society pay for before they are saturated and bloated with taxes to pay trillions for government largess, and then water-boarded with trillions more in worthless counterfeit cash. How much debt can we foolishly force feed our children and grand children?

Everyone knows it can’t go on; everyone knows it’s going to collapse; everyone knows the end is in site; why not just let government go bankrupt, restructure their debt, erase their liabilities, wipe out the festering entitlements and start over-a wiser people for the experience. Why destroy our currency, why destroy the economy, why destroy the productive people in society, why destroy Western civilization at the same time.

The bankers have failed to comprehend that artificial interest rates and printing vast amounts of cash have caused the current fiscal crisis. The voters must take control of the bureaucratic monetarists that have miserably failed. Government politicians and bureaucrats are incapable of solving the crisis by continuing to use the same monetary strategy that caused the failures. The solution is simple: return to capitalism. Look at how well it worked in the past, look how well it is working in Asia and South America.

PRIVATE EQUITY FIRMS FOR EVERGREEN COLORADO REAL ESTATE

The big rant today is over Romney and the Private Equity firm he founded called Bain Capital. Private Equity companies are a group of investors who accumulate a pool of money to start businesses, turn around failing businesses, or fund new entrepreneurs in their start up businesses. These savvy investors are what’s knon as Venture Capitalists and supply venture capital or VC to the business community.

Many small companies find it hard to breakout from a small regional enterprise or a small market share supplier into the national or international scene without the injection of a large amount of cash that the expansion would take. The private equity firms supply this capital to build these businesses.

Once the company is viable, making a profit, and has established its manufacturing and distribution infra structure, many companies will then contact Investment bankers and go public with an IPO or Initial Public Offering. These investment bankers will underwrite the new stock offering of growing companies and offer their stock for sale in the equity markets.

Many pension funds and insurance companies invest in these private equity companies because they receive the high returns they need to support the benefits they have promised to their subscribers. Companies under the auspices of private equity company hire people, build human resources within these companies, build supply chains that employ large numbers of people, and both they and all their vendors and employees pay taxes and support communities across this land.

However, the big controversy today is whether Romney used his position as a venture capitalists and his private equity company to buy companies and eviscerate them by selling off all their assets, absconding with all their cash, and borrowing large sums and then bankrupting the company like bloodsuckers feeding off their victims. Although many private equity companies do do this, it appears form the record that Bain did not. They were very successful not in devouring companies but in saving and building successful enterprises.

I am not a Mitt Romney fan, I know him to be a Big Government Neocon, but I do defend him and his private Equity firm: Bain Capital. This model of venture investing is far better than government subsidies using cash ripped away form the taxpayer and squandered away on boondoggles like with Solyndra, GM, or big bank bailouts. Venture capitalists risk their own money and take their own losses.

Most people are employees and have no idea how difficult it is to start a business and make a payroll; employees just blindly show up to work and go home with a paycheck. Someone else does the risk taking, invests the cash, markets the product and writes the paychecks. These companies are not taxing authorities like the government bureaucrats that can routinely make foolish, clueless, idiotic decisions and send the bill to the taxpayers; private equity companies absorb the risk in hopes that they and their investors-like your pension fund-will make a profit. Only enterprises that provide a desirable product or service are self sustaining employers and can support long term employment.

Next time you drive around your community, or go to the mall, or go to work know this that some entrepreneur took a tremendous risk to build those stores and businesses; If you work for the government remember the government produces nothing so you too are supports by private equity that earns a profit which is taxed away form a capitalists.
