The bill will add new taxes to small businesses who file under an “S” corporation raising their income taxes, their payroll taxes, and their dividend taxes to an average rate of 50%
US multinational corporate taxes will increase on their overseas income which will force layoffs here in America and force these corporations to start new corporations and subsidiaries in other countries where businesses and jobs are welcome.
The taxes on venture capital partnerships will increase from 15% to 35% at a time when the economy is cash poor and suffering from a liquidity crisis.
